Charlotte tossed away the remote and rose to her feet, approaching him, "Why do you want to go back? Isn't it better to stay here?"
The implication couldn't be clearer.

"What a saint of love!" Charlotte sneered, no longer clinging to him, and turned to walk toward the vestibule like a queen.
Gavin followed, picking up her bag and coat, and once she had put on her shoes, he helped her into her jacket and fastened the belt.
"She's really blind!" Such a gentle, such a caring man, and she ignores him for that cold-hearted man.
Gavin's expression turned displeased, he didn't like anyone speaking ill of Charlotte, even if it was a split personality of hers.
