Leo, who had experienced a few of their arguing episodes, knew better not to ask her that question. Diego turned to Mason who wanted to stop Thonio from asking further and didn't know how to say it.
"You act so head-high. I like your attitude better than an always compliant and dumb assistant but, don't you get scared?" He asked.
"There's nothing to be scared of." She finally spoke up. "Believe me when I say, I've tried to quit on my own, I've really tried but I couldn't. He wouldn't let me go no matter how many times I said I'd quit. I have to stay here whether I like it or not, so what's there to be scared of?"
