Paul also found time to go to places that were not normally in Earth like Madripoor, where people have 'madly poor' hygiene and security. That place is really a hotbed for criminal activities and even SHIELD is having a hard time getting a hold in the place.
But he did find something wrong in one of the branch which he realized was a HYDRA branch looking like a SHIELD research facility. So he 'hacked' the minds of those present silently and got some juicy info as well as making them not notice him taking a copy of all the files they have.
Now he has a trail that he could follow and maybe he can find most of them until the time is right. He did find many records of illegal dealings as this branch provided subjects to many parts of HYDRA in the whole Southeast Asian area.
"Damn, they are really thorough." Paul knew that he could not just instantly destroy a branch of HYDRA or it might spook them a little and might go into hiding so he needed more info to give Fury once the Capsicle has been thawed out.
So Paul flew all over Madripoor and got many dirty secrets from many crime lords and the evidence that could make sure they stay in prison once they are caught. Paul even got to copy memories from reluctant scientist who were kept leashed by many powerful groups and most that had these scientists was a group that called themselves the Corporation.
Paul had a real field trip when he got lots of knowledge in Genetics, Mechanical Engineering, Computer designing, Advanced Robotics, programming and even got some knowledge from physicist but this'll need time to be digested by Paul.
He also got where these rich corrupt people hide their money as well their passwords and amount of money. Paul was surprised at the info and got his hands a bit itchy, but he did not take much that would be noticed immediately, he just pulled $1 million US dollars to each of the accounts and had some records changed so they might not be able to realize until they have their auditors look closely.
All in all he got $323 million worth of assets transferred to a Swiss account under a made up name, Veiny Dickon Von Longschlong, which no one could find out who. This just showed how a powerful telepath could wreak havoc to the world if he has the endurance to mind wipe many people at once.
Paul was happy as now he could buy more materials with this and even stole some of the private collection of various rich hoarders. For Five hours he was flying from place to place and getting more loot which he could use to decorate his Man-cave.
The only thing he took action on if when he finds pedos, while going all over and giving them a sudden vasectomy as well as something like a permanent Erectile Disfunction. Also some bad luck on their ways like stepping on shit, slipping on a banana peel, stubbing their pinky toe to a corner of the bed.
But as he was having fun giving people nightmares and traumas, he picked up on a faint mental signature that seemed ancient. He only find such mental signature during those times some Ancient fossilized ancestors of some sects or clans hunt Paul.
Concentrating on this mental mark he found himself going down deep below the island and found something really disturbing. An Ancient dragon that slumbered and was the base supporting the whole Island afloat. Paul frowned as he looked at the slumbering behemoth, he has seen many large beings before but they were more like Kaiju sized of about 100-150 meters tall but this is more than that.
This was a dragon much larger than the Island that sits upon it, from what he can see the dragon was almost as wide as the area of Singapore. This was really a time bomb in such a place, but he also noticed the small temple on the back of the dragon and it showed effigies of a certain deity. Not able to translate it yet, Paul just had the scene remembered in case he'll be able to understand it later.
Knowing that he has no idea on how to deal with this, he still has to leave some preventive measures so no one could ever find this place. Focusing his telepathic powers he found various tunnels and even stairs that'll somewhere in the island above. He them made them collapse so no one could access it ever again other than super power individuals with great telekinesis.
Bring his focus back he realized he had toured the whole city already, so now he teleported back inside his RV to try and find where the other bases of HYDRA was. So all night until it was morning again in New York, Paul traveled the world and got the see many of HYDRA's hidden sections.
He even found two places where the memories of Arnim Zola is stored, but he just left bombs hidden in those places. Paul did see the extent of how strong his soul is when somehow he did not go mad angry at the various atrocities he had seen.
After coming back he just took a very long shower thinking of how he could still feel normal even when too many injustices are happening. If he wanted to he could kill every HYDRA in the planet hidden or not, but something also tells him that it may spiral to something else and the world will try to correct it.
As he was not really a part of the world's plan then him interfering too much might lead to a backlash of sorts that might make him go away from this reality. And he does not want to see that happen when he is having a great time with Shanna for the moment.
So Paul took his mind of it and arranged the various evidences as well as info he found to present to Fury once it is time for the culling of the ancient organization. Other than that he enjoyed buying many recipe books as well as taking pictures all around to world he went to. To piss Fury off, his pictures of evidence were him having a selfie with the leader or commander of the HYDRA branches.
"Well, all that is taken care of. Paul was even able to find the weapon X program yet no X-23 have been made yet so he had to wait. Sarah Kinney already started though, which might just be a few years until the little murder ball is created." Paul was tapping on his phone as he has been texting Shanna in any time he comes back in the RV and uses the satellites.
He also left a decoy seal on Sarah Kinney when time comes she is going to be killed by X-23. He even added an extra monitoring technique that would enable him to look at Sarah from time to time, thought it does violate the privacy of the woman but this was all for the happiness of the older murder ball with a hairy face.
He really wondered what the face of the guy would be if he was suddenly presented with many kids, speaking of which isn't there another kid of his that might be trained by a very old gruffy person. Paul was able to remember this because he also got dirt on some old individuals like Candra who ran the Assassins Guild and Thieves Guild all over the world.
Remembering she was also part of an old manipulative group called the externals alongside Apocalypse made him also investigate them because they also have some slight connection to HYDRA since they like playing god with people's lives all over History.
He did find four of them other than Candra, which were Saul, Absalom and Selene Galio. This also made him gather more dirt of the Hellfire Club who were full of degenerate rich dudes, who were also connected to the slave trade in Madripoor.
He even found out about the Morlocks under New York since many mutant subject they got were from the hidden community of mutants. Paul got to wander around Nova Roma since he knew where it was from Selene's own memory, he also got the plans of the Externals since he found their meeting in the Swiss Alps.
It was there he realized they were already monitoring him in his RV which reportedly to have not yet made a move, Paul was amused as he found out they thought him to be another External like them and debated whether to invite him to their fold.
They were still not sure about it but to defeat Apocalypse and make him slumber again made them think the possibility. Paul did not care about what they think as he 'hacked' their brains without them noticing as he also was able to use his improved soul to make his presence blend with nature itself.
The perfect camouflage, also he hid everything else from smell, sight, touch and sound that might give his position out otherwise. He was also impressed how beautiful Selene is, most of the female characters he found were really smoking hot that they left most famous actresses currently in Hollywood in the dust.
He had seen Shanna, Black Widow, the Viper, Selene, Candra, Maria Hill, Jean Grey, Storm, Ying Li, even Ajak who he found out of accident when he was searching for HYDRA bases in South Dakota and Sue Storm.
He also found out that the Super genius Reed Richards was already planning to advance his plans of going out to space. So soon there would be a fantastic 4 and he did get a glimpse of Dr. Von Doom, the young emo guy with an obsession in saving his mother from Mephisto.
If Paul was to say anything, it was that Dr. Doom is probably one of the best candidates to lead the planet to prosperity if he can tone down that massive Ego of his. He is smart, ambitious and even talented in the art of Magic that could rival even the Sorcerer Supreme in the future.
He did remember that the guy was about to turn to a better road until the horny idiot brother of Sue Storm slept with the fiancé of the Emo murder boy. Othar than that he found many hidden nations more older than most of the nations present today.
"Hmm… maybe I should prevent that…" Paul mused as he wandered around until it was not afternoon in New York making him stop his global escapade of getting dirt and stealing money from various criminal groups.
By the time he sat down again waiting for Shanna, he was $456 million richer, if he did take all of their money he'll have at least ten trillion dollars, at least. But he did not do it yet as that would make the world panic if many of the big bad got poor overnight.
"Okay, how goes the preparation for that party?" Paul sat by the computer as he multitasked, his brain is doing many things altogether at the same moment. Controlling his clone, digesting the knowledge he got, preparing the party in the weekend, and thinking of what to have for dinner later with Shanna.

"Sir, we have tracked down most of the targets you have assigned for us to search for." Maria Hill said as she gave Fury a bundle of files that she few trusted individuals Fury has dug up as soon as possible.
"I see, anything extraordinary about these people?" Fury asked as he gave another assignment to Agent Hill to assess the people given by Paul.
"Most indeed show potential sir but I can't see how some are still alive to this day." Hill gave her concise answer as she did not expect a relic of the world war still is breathing with no signs of aging as well as the weird skull head on fire.
"My concerns are more on the two egg heads in the list, have you placed surveillance to their homes and their phones?" Fury felt he paid Paul a good price since he found out about other talented people like the teen with a good hand for throwing.
Right now he is preparing to have a team for the soon to be discovered Captain since Paul just mentioned 'soon' to him. He could not understand why Paul would not just give the location already but still thinking that maybe he is from the future then his words might contain more meaning to it.
Though he has no way of observing him directly but he still gets reports that he does not seem to have any indication of being violent or any of the kind.
"Has any of you got the reason why Mr. Esteban is planning this party in the weekend? And has any of our men got in with the party planners that he has contacted?" Fury looked at Hill who is now looking to her tablet in her hand.
"The reason none sir, but we already have people in the various planners he had hired. But from the way the plans are it seems he is planning to have a showroom display of things only he knows sir." Hill saw many orders of materials and the plans so it was easily deduced by her.
"Have more of our people get in the various names invited, it seems he plans on calling most of the wealthy people in the planet." Fury frowned as he has no idea what Paul is planning with this party of his.
"Yes sir." Hill turned about and went to prepare what Fury ordered.
