Guys I just realised that I uploaded the wrong chapter yesterday, I'm sorry.
The police officer who helped Phoebe escape from prison decided to visit the madam today, the inspector is no longer suspicious of him. He is currently in the madam's living room waiting for her.
The madam came down the stairs looking so elegant and on point. "Good afternoon mom." The police officer said.
"Good afternoon Daniel." She spread out her hands for him to hug her, he gladly did as he was told.
"What happened to your hand?" Madam asked, she stared at his bandaged hand.
"I had to make her escape believable, I told her to stab me." Daniel replied.
"How deep is your wound? You know I don't want you to get hurt which is why you are a police officer. I know that job is dangerous but it's not as dangerous as the jobs we do here, you are my only child." Madam said with love and worry laced voice.
