A loud chime of the café's door echoed sharply when Rowan pushed it with sudden force. Like a gust of wind, he entered the sleepy café and almost spun to find Blanche in the crowd. When he couldn't, he walked toward the seats with tall back supports. After all, those seats were normally what children would choose when eating at fancy cafés like this one.

As expected, Blanche sat on one, with Parker sniffing while hugging Mr. Wuzzy in Avery's stead. The boy in female-inspired clothing was not with them. Also, Parker was wearing a fluffy dress as if they were not swapping clothes today. However, he realized that the collar looked designed for a boy. 

Ah, no, Parker was wearing a dress meant for her brother.

"Blanche, I came as fast as I could." Rowan still flew to her side, even if he almost disposed of Blanche's sister yesterday. He didn't even change out of his clothes from last night.
