"What's with you and burning things?" Scott scoffed and looked around, only to find the venue owner walking toward them.
"Mr. Bradshaw, I'm sorry. When are you leaving and taking the painting?" The owner didn't want to be servile, but that was Scott Bradshaw, who was known to destroy those who displeased him. "We still need to close before the ingress for the next event."
Scott narrowed his eyes at the owner, but he still looked up at the huge painting. That was when he noticed something different.
The overhead lights were not as strong as earlier, more when they kept on decreasing now that the venue was closing. A strong light was left turned on near the exit as if sending a message. That was how everyone started to notice something different about the painting.
Scott then gestured to the owner even if he was looking at the painting. "Turn off the lights. That light."
