Kaya came uninvited and sat beside Ellen skillfully. She smiled and said, "Ms. Robbins, you're hospitalized again. How are you feeling?"
Ellen didn't believe that she was really here to greet her. She said expressionlessly, "Very good. Thank you for your trouble. Why are you here, Ms. Hawkins?"
"I'm here to visit you."
Of course, Ellen didn't believe that she would come to visit her out of kindness. She couldn't be bothered to deal with her and spoke coldly.
"It doesn't seem to be a visit between us. If you have anything to say, just say it."
"Ms. Robbins, why are you so hostile to me?" Kaya looked a little wronged. "I don't think I have offended you."
Ellen wanted to laugh but thought, "Kaya is really good at acting."
She had not forgotten what she had said outside the court that day.
She wanted to threaten her with Bobby, which was challenging her bottom line.
