"Knock, knock!"
The knocking on the door was not rushed. Instead, it was very rhythmic.
Samara thought that her family came to her. She casually put on a coat and did not change her dress and necklace. She just wrapped the coat around them to slightly cover them and then went to open the door.
The door opened, and outside was a stable and elegant-looking man.
When Samara saw who it was, she was so scared.
She was stunned for a few seconds and opened her mouth, but she was still unable to speak.
The man smiled at her, and his smile was very confusing. "Are you not going to invite me in to sit?"
Samara stuttered, "Mr., Mr. Beckford."
Keith directly walked in. After calmly sitting down on the only sofa, he looked at Samara who was still standing at the door in a daze, and ordered, "Close the door and come over."
