While Yvette was still in shock, Lance had already hung up the phone.
He looked at her and said coldly, "I also need to go to the place where he asked you out."
Then, without a word, Lance picked her up.
Yvette was caught off guard. She bumped into his chest and then bounced back. She was so scared that she immediately reached out and wrapped her arm around Lance's neck.
There would be people constantly passing by. Yvette was embarrassed. She grabbed the button of his suit and whispered, "Put me down."
"I am in a hurry. You are too slow."
Yvette was speechless. "If you are in a hurry, you should go about your business. I don't need you to send me there."
However, Lance ignored her words and went to the parking lot quickly. He opened the car door and stuffed her into the passenger seat.
Yvette did not want to stay with him. She reached out to unfasten the seat belt and tried to open the door, but the door was locked.
