Ranella couldn't believe what just happened. Liam was kissing her, passionately.
Her eyes shut closed against her will. All she could hear was the drumming of her heart, even the music and the chants of the crowd sounded distant.
Liam pulled away and her eyes fluttered open. They stood there staring into each other's eyes while the crowd clapped and slowly disbanded.
"Wow, I didn't think the almighty Liam Rogers could kiss," VC said, jumping down from the stage and landing on Liam with his hand around Liam's shoulder.
Liam was flustered but Ranella was much more flustered than he was, her face was as red as a ripened tomato which indicated she was shy.
Liam glared at VC, with a side-eye glare and that was when he knew it was his cue to leave, he slowly backed up and then joined Leo to pack the instruments.
