Who says to be a hero you have to punch and kick Criminals in masks?

My name is Akira, I am an Elemental; made of all elements that make up the world. 

Usually these kinds of stories blame humanity for the state of the world, but I actually acknowledge humanity's efforts to clean up the mess they made and call me crazy, but too much nature is bad.

Too many trees keep plants from getting the sunlight they need. Animals also need sunlight. Humanity happens to also rely on nature. 

The plants give them food, they also need sunlight and water.

Humans have made many attempts to save the environment. Cleaning up oil spills, recycling, cleaning the air. I my be the embodiment of nature, but I do not hate humans. 

I will save the earth in my own way. 

I live in an apartment in New York city. Not much in it except the Laboratory I built. I kind of turned my apartment into a lab for my Experiments to save the environment, and I have human friends to assist me in my mission.

I grabbed a couple of vials as I walk out the door. As I went into the hallway I bump into my landlord Mr Smog. "Is this about the rent?" I ask, sighing. "Yes it is. Do you have it?" I gave him a envelope with the rent in it. "Have a good day.", he says irritably. Mr Smog only sees me in my human forum which I made to live among humans. I see him as a slightly overweight man with long blond hair. He's always wearing a suit like he's going somewhere, but he never goes anywhere. 

I made my way to the nearest park with a pond in the middle of it. It was filled with plastic and paper cups. When no one was looking I opened one of the vials I brought and dumped a liquid in it.

The liquid ate all the wasted plastic and paper cups until they were completely gone. I need to run a few more tests to make sure it's not harmful to aquatic life, and it will be ready.
