As I fell unsteadily back to the ground from the rift in space we had fallen through, I found it hard to stand. It felt as if this creature's raw presence was exerting physical pressure. Oiran placed a hand on my back in an attempt to calm me. I appreciated her kind act, but it was obvious that she herself was just as petrified as I was. Hiruka wiped a layer of sweat from his forehead. He muttered, "It's fucking Byakusen, isn't it?" The gang member who had opened the portal nodded in response. "He's the only one capable of bringing such a beast to his side." Hiruka shook his head. "You're partially right, Shiro, but I don't think that he 'brought it to his side'." He pointed to the Ukipok's center head. As it moved, something metallic shone in the night sky. "You see that? I think that's the Subjugation Helm. There's no way that someone of even Byakusen's power could bring that thing down- so there has to be something else in play." The gang member (or Shiro, I guess) Nodded. "How would they get their hands on such a relic, though?" Hiruka shook his head. "No fucking clue-"
"Hello?!" I yelled. "I'm glad that you're assessing the situation or whatever, but none of us," I gestured to Shinimaru and the others. "Have any FUCKING idea what you're talking about. And that THING is getting closer by the second. So if you could explain what the hell is going on, that'd be nice." Hiruka glanced over at the steadily approaching beast, before turning his attention back to us. "Sorry- you're right. I'm assuming you know what a Ukipok is, so I don't think I'll have to explain that- but there is still a considerable amount of information to get through. That is the only living Ukipok left, so is you've seen one before, it was this one. I'm assuming that back when you saw it, it was still under Byakusen's control, and the only possible way to control that beast, is with an item of insane power. You know that gun that Loki used- the one that disrupted your soul?" I nodded. "Well," Hiruka said, "That was one of the Divine Arms, a group of seven highly powerful relics that have been scattered around the world. The Helm of Subjugation is also one of those relics." The beast was now only a few hundred yards away, snarling angrily. "Combined with his Twitch, Infinite Storage, which allows Byakusen to access an endless storage space, he has the ability to summon that thing whenever he wants, I'm assuming." The Ukipok's next footstep shook the earth below them. Hiruka broke into a cold sweat, speaking insanely fast now. "Oh, and Byakusen works directly under Atticus. There. You're all caught up. Byakusen should be nearby if the Ukipok is right here, so...Try not to fucking die."
Ignoring the primordial fear within myself, I took a deep breath, hopping in place, warming myself up. Finally, my foot struck the ground one last time and I sped forward, Shinimaru and Oiran tailing closely behind. Electricity arched across my body, and the Hydra let out a screeching bellow from deep within it's body. It's three heads waved erratically, before finally, the center head let loose a blast of red energy.
My hands sparked with energy as I readied myself to form a blade of electricity, but Shinimaru passed in front of me in a flash, outstretching his hand right at the beam of energy. My face contorted in fear- he would be killed...or at least I thought. His hand ignited in green energy-destroying flame, and as the Ukipok's blast came into contact with these embers, it sputtered, before completely dissipating. Shinimaru lowered his smoking hand, grinning slyly. "You will no longer have to carry us on your back, Okoramo. We've caught up." I cringed horribly. "Don't act respectful to me ever again." said. "It's scary." Shiniaru simply smiled, and we resumed our advancement. The Ukipok stood there, aggravated, stamping its feet in bewilderment of what had just happened.
Its left head swung down in a streak of green, mouth wide open. Its speed was impressive, nearly catching me off guard as I dodged. Shinimaru leaped out of the way, landing on the back of the airborne demonic Oiran. Its jaws clamoed into the ground, shaking and cracking the ground. A deafening eruption-like sound could be heard as it collided with the earth. Abruptly, a loud explosion rang in my ears from behind me. I turned my head, still mid-sprint. Behind me, the Ukipok's left head had been launched into the air by some sort of force. The head was still attached and it wasn't dead, but it looked agitated. It roared a deafening cry toward the source of the strike...Hiruka. He stood there, jacket billowing in the wind, his fist raised high in the air as if he had just punched something, and surrounding that hand was a red, glowing liquid-like energy. He lowered his hand, and I stared in surprise. I had guessed that Hiruka was powerful, but to do that much damage to an actual Divine Warrior.
Appearing from a rift in space to my side, Shiro noticed my bewilderment as he began to run beside me. "I'm assuming he never told you about his Twitch, did he?" I shook my head no. Shiro said, "It's called Equation. He can use mathematical components for battle. For example, he just used two. Addition lets him add force that quote, 'doesn't exist yet' onto a strike, and multiplication allows him to multiply probability, making it easier for him to hit his opponent by a certain amount." My jaw dropped. "HE CAN JUST CREATE FORCE?!" Shiro shook his head. "It's far more complicated than that." The right and middle heads had noticed us, their icy gazes now locked on our position. Shiro stared back tentatively, before opening a new rift to his left and leaning into it and disappearing.
In what seemed like instantly, however, Shiro reappeared about ten feet above the middle head, who, alongside the right, stared at where Shiro used to be, confused. Shiro grinned, before yelling over to Hiruka, who was still locked in combat with the left head. "It's time for THAT!!" Hiruka turned and bashed his hand into the jaw of the left head, sending it swirling into the air, before meeting eyes with Shiro and nodding. He began to swirl his hands in a circular motion as if turning an invisible ball. Soon, an orb of Addition Energy formed, and he clapped his hands around it. In the very same instant, Shiro pulled out a set of dual pistols, training them directly to the center head. As he fired the pistols, there was a deafening scream of energy as two bullets streaked forward, coated in Hiruka's red energy. The middle head turned in response to this, but it had reacted too slowly, and the bullets slammed into its skull, a red explosion engulfing its entirety.
Hiruka and Shiro both smiled in triumph and in unison said, "Spatial Stack!!" Shiro slipped in the air several times before falling into a rift and appearing beside me once again. I was now completely lost. "WHAT THE FUCK WAS THAT!?!?!?" Shiro smiled softly. "He didn't tell you my Twitch either. It's called Space Expansion It lets me almost perfectly manipulate space within two points that I designate, and it lets me teleport as you've seen. What we just did was a move we just came up with, where I warp space between Hiruka and myself, transferring the force that he creates over to my own strikes." I nod. I still have no idea what the actual fuck is happening, but I've learned to accept that.

The train came to a screeching halt, the various bars that hung from the ceiling jangling from its force. As the doors opened, people began to flood out, their chatter filing the air. One man exited after the rest. He wore black techwear pants over what seemed to be red basketball shoes and a tight-fitted black jacket, the collar of which reached up all the way to his cheeks- a katana at his side. He ran his hand through his black hair and stared forth coldly. This was Jigoku. And he just arrived on Cybersplit Island.
