At the end of the month, I payed my rent and told Mama Mia I would stay longer in the Dungeon and work less in the kitchen. She wasn't happy. Whether it was because a decrease in her workforce or the concern of my longer expeditions in the Dungeon, I couldn't tell.
She was adamant, I could only stay, if I reduce my prolong stays to a maximum of three days a week.
As I didn't want to become homeless and saw her as caring, I accepted as even I know the importance of rest.
So with that, I also ventured deeper to become stronger. The killer ants on the 7th floor were more annoying as the war shadows sneak attacks, as they would get more ants to my location. It was annoying but also got me stronger as I didn't need to search for enemies.
Aside from them I hated the purple moths found on this floor, as I needed to buy antidotes to counter their poison. The blue papilio on the other hand was a great way to make some money, as its powder had healing effects. I sold it to the Dian Cecht shop and got a big discount on antidotes in return, so I would hunt them longer.
But I wanted to get stronger so I advanced after another 2 weeks.
On the following floors were killer ants and needle rabbits, so I gained more excelia than on the previous floor because of the greater numbers I faced.
I also find they have my level of strenght, so I didn't want to go deeper for now.
Till now my higher status let me kill the first monsters easily, but now they give me a challenge which also increased the excelia I gained.
After another 2 weeks my second month in the city ended.
I improved greatly in the last 6 weeks.

My Endurance is still the highest, as I now would have enemies with greater attack and because of their numbers, I got attacked a lot more than before, but as I got good armor I mainly had bruises or cuts on less important parts. My Agility was slowly catching up and it should advance beyond Dexterity in a few days. My fighting style is a good mix of all four elements, as I would dodge and needed good handling of my weapon and strenght to cut through the hard shell of the ants.
I now could 'Level Up' with a great achievement, but I wanted to gain as much attributes now as I could get. I know my foundation would be build here and an adventurer with greater foundation could defeat beings of the same level easier. It didn't matter if it was monsters or other adventurers. I want to get stronger, but knew I couldn't go deeper than floor 12 without a party.
So I set my goal to slowly reach that floor in a steady pace while gaining higher attributes and see if I could max them out till then. If not I needed a party to hunt in the middle floors or I hunt on that floor till I advanced to level 2.
I'll see when that time comes.
My savings made a ride on the rollercoaster since last month.
Buying antidotes.
Selling drop items.
Receiving discounts on antidotes.
Weapon and armor maintenance.
Higher food expenses.
Rent.
I still gained something over the last weeks, but it was definitely lower than I expected.
After paying the rent I now have a little more than 200k valis.
It ain't a low amount, but my income was around 450k, so seeing less than half is still something I couldn't forget.
I didn't see the members of the Loki familia again since then, but they weren't the ones I wanted to have a close relationship with, although I wouldn't dislike being friends.
I still couldn't bring up enough courage to ask the girl I liked out. Mainly because we weren't that close, but maybe we could become a party.
I should try that idea, if I needed to hunt in the middle-floors to advance.
Maybe the title of the anime influenced me, but it couldn't be bad to pick up girls in a Dungeon.
Or maybe it's better not to do so. Oh hell, I am not in a relationship yet but it's already complicated.
