It took Rachael a whole day to shift her stuff from one room to another. By the end, she was exhausted and ready to fall back asleep. She could feel the burden her body was feeling now.
'Ugh, this is exhausting. My body felt too tired to move now. Who knew that shifting stuff could cause me so much so much trouble? My back is about to give up on me.'
Rachael complained inside her mind, but she could not say anything aloud. She could feel someone looking at her with agitation.
"Are you exhausted? Do you need me to help you relax?"
Rachael looked behind her, and Shiva's cold gaze made her nervous.
Shiva had been nothing but civil to Rachael the whole time. But her cold gaze let Rachael know that Shiva did not appreciate her presence.
"You don't have to be here if you do not want to, Shiva. I am sure that I will manage somehow."
