Pain mixed with Rachael's other senses when she tried to open her eyes.
Her senses were muddled, and she was not able to guess anything. She needed to find out where she was and what she was doing.
All she knew was that she needed to push away this ocean of power inside her and crawl her way up to the surface.
But even that seemed impossible with the wave-like power trying to submerge her back inside the ocean.
The water burned where it touched her, and the pain sent another layer of adrenaline inside Rachael's body,
Her instincts caused her to struggle, but something inside Rachael knew it was useless.
[Rachael, you need to wake up. They are waiting for you.]
The voice reminded Rachael, but she needed to remember the speaker.
'Who are you?'
Rachael tried to mouth these words out, but water sunk inside her throat and made Rachael choke.
She did not even realise that she was not breathing until that moment.
