"Shuri, how is Rachael doing? I've heard about your magic touch. With your help, Rachael will be a master in no time, right?"
Shuri could not make herself meet Adrian's eyes. She had failed to teach Rachael anything of worth, even when she had tried her best.
"I…this is not…I'm sorry, Adrian. I tried my best, but I don't think I can teach your girlfriend any better. She just doesn't have any talent in bowling."
Shuri had not meant to blurt these words out like this. Initially, she wanted to keep her composure and gently break the news out to Adrian.
Then, she wanted to slowly cause a rift between Adrian and his girlfriend so that she could squeeze in the gap left. But now she had messed it all up because of her mistake.
"Ah, so you are saying that Rachael is hopeless in bowling? Rachael, can you show me? I might not be as experienced in bowling as Shuri is, but I still know a thing or two about this."
