There was an awkward air around the room. Rodric and Elias avoided each other's eyes, but they paid attention to Rachael.
Thankfully, the awkward air quickly broke when the doctor entered the room. The poor doctor looked scared when she looked at the tense atmosphere.
"M-Miss, you can get yourself discharged if you want."
The doctor put all the pressure on Rachael to decide. This way, no one could say that she had discharged Rachael, and young master Elias would not give her a hard time.
'Young master Elias, please stop looking at me like you want to kill me. I cannot do anything else to hold Rachael back here.'
The poor doctor was terrified but had already run out of excuses. The patient's family had already remanded her to be released and seen by a family doctor. The only one who could object now was the patient herself.
But from the looks of it, it looked like Rachael needed to learn what was being discussed.
