No one trusted Ben, and the demon felt bitter. He had finally gained a new body, but he could not even make use of it.
But finally, luck decided to shine on him when Nadia spoke up in his favor.
"Well, Ben or not, we must get off this island. This dungeon will continue to consume its surroundings if not stopped. We need to report back and complete our mission."
This was akin to Nadia saying - she did not care what happened here if she completed her mission.
Her companions understood her reasoning, and they somewhat agreed with her. But leaving this dungeon behind still left a bitter taste in their mouth.
"Ugh, you are right, but I do not want to admit it. I want to clear out this dungeon while I am still here…. wait, you know what? Never mind! Let's head back now."
Rodric moaned in disappointment but turned his words around when he noticed Rachael in Rose's arms.
