'Forgotten Audition
Yiren bowed to the three people sitting in front of her. In middle the main actress of this drama, Oiu Hua was sitting. She was 34 years old but was looking like in her 20s. On the right side, the hero of the drama, Niu Jun was sitting. He was the youngest in the panel of three judges. He just turned 26 this month. On the
left seat, Yang Xie was sitting. "Which role are you auditioning for? " Director Yang asked.
"I'm auditioning for the role of Peng Wei. " The three of them
looked at her with shock.
"Do you really want to audition for that role? " Director Yang
asked with lots of hesitation.
Peng Wei character was an important but unimportant character in the whole novel. She was an seventeen-year-old girl whom everybody forgot about. Actually from an reader's perspective, Lu Ran, the hero and Mei Shu, the heroine were the main characters but from an actor's perspective, Peng Wei was the main character. The whole story revolved around if she was real or not. There were not many scenes of her but director Yang knew that he needed an experienced yet young actress for this. Seeing a newbie having interest in this role and wanting to play this role instead of other characters made him kind of curious about
Yiren.
" Show us what you've prepared. " This time Oiu Hua asked. "Can senior Niu help me in performing my role? " Yiren asked. The other auditionees were auditioning for main roles or others and didn't know that the main characters were already sitting in front of them as judges. All knew that Director Yang is good friends with both Niu Jun and Oiu Hua and those two are also the major producers of this drama so no one doubted this. Niu Jun stood up from his seat and just forwarded his legs to go near Yiren when she suddenly screamed. " Don't come near me. "Yiren eyes were shut, but it felt like she could see everything. She portrayed the emotions of the helpless young girl perfectly. Niu Jun and others were shocked by her sudden acting.
Suddenly she fell on ground and started guivering with fear.
"Itold you to not come to find me or else I will get killed by her. " She said while shutting her eyes. Giu Hua almost felt if Yiren was
suffering for real.
After completing her small act, Yiren stood up and bowed to judges and also thanked Niu Jun who was just standing
awkwardly.
The three of them clapped and congratulated her for getting the
role.
Director Yang didn't want to let go of such talent.
Oiu Hua praised Yiren greatly and Niu Jun nodded to her.
Yiren smiled in response and exited from the room.
After that she bid goodbye to Tang Xu before going to Golden Entertainment. Fortunately both the auditions were on the same
day making it less of a hassle to Yiren.
