Vale City was quickly put under martial law. Like any other mainstay city in the kingdom, it was locked down, and the search for spies began. The city was simply enormous compared to the likes of Argenthrall and the rest of the others.
It has been expanded to an immense degree over the last three years, meaning that the search may take more time and effort to complete.
Elder Dragon was in charge of the search, but he did not need to personally lead the teams scouring the city. There were enough Lord Commanders that if a fight were to break out, he and others could easily move to the location.
Although he did not personally lead the teams, he was still concerned that their strength would be enough. Thus, as each day passed, he stood on the castle itself, his sixth sense spread out over the city for any sign of peculiarities.
