They relaxed upon seeing it was Elder Azure, but the size of the vortex had grown to a frightening degree, and the second in command swallowed. His eyes portrayed the horror in his eyes as the sheer power of the essence could be felt without them having to even try and sense it.
He snapped out of his stupor as realization hit him, "Lord Elder is about to advance." he mumbled with when joy. He quickly commanded in a rough voice, "Lock down the perimeter; no one is to come near Lord Elder!" the group of knights nodded and followed suit. They quickly set up a perimeter around Elder Azure; they would ensure that nothing would be able to stop Elder Azure from advancing.
Only after the perimeter was set did the second in command relax his nerves, his gaze turned towards Elder Azure and just in time as he witnessed a sight he would never forget.
