"Okay."
"You agreed to marry me?" His eyes sparkled with excitement, shining like the brightest obsidian.
"Mhm." She nodded.
He pushed his luck further, "After we have the wedding wine, on our bridal chamber night, we'll consummate the marriage."
"Okay." Her voice was filled with tenderness.
He heard her and was passionately thrilled, "Wife, I want you now!"
"That won't do." She yawned, "Let's stick to your plan. I don't want the villagers to gossip." When she had first come to this family, she had been labeled as a bride jointly purchased by the brothers, and from now on, she would have to be clear about her relationship with second brother and fourth brother.
She didn't really care about her reputation; she just didn't want people to speak ill of third brother.
Perhaps subconsciously, she felt like she had gotten married without a wedding ceremony in this family, forgetting that even getting married included a wedding.
