"You sure know how to be concerned about your daughter Mrs Campbell"Gabriel said looking at the woman that was standing not far away
Mrs Campbell did not expect this man to talk all she was embarrassed.
"What do you mean, are you trying to say that I don't care about my daughter, who do you think you are ? Questioning my discipline abilities".
By the time she was done venting she was already huffing and puffing which really looked comical.
Gabriel only snorted not bothering to look at the woman.
Amy on the other hand was trying her best not to laugh the expression on her face was really priceless.

Mika looked at the two people who were sitting on their sofa and still insulting them she felt aggrieved since she could not attack this man she shifted her target to Amy.
"Sister will you sit there and watch our mother get insulted by some stranger, after all you knew mom first she has been nothing but a good parent to us even is she discipline you a little that does not mean you will be unfilial and let someone from outside insult mom"
"Honestly it's quite fun to watch your mum's face looks really funny, haha haha" Amy finally couldn't hold it in anymore watching the mother daughter duo who looked like they were in the wrong was really funny emphasizing on the word your mom.
When Mrs Campbell heard Amy say 'your mum's face' she was shocked she did not expect Amy to not call her mother like she used to some days back she even tried to gain her affection but the Amy in her front now was a different person she did not look like someone who was looking for acknowledgment or love she look like she did not care at all.
"You how dare you talk to mom like that don't you have respect for your elder at all" Amy did not expect that her sister would really be like this she looked at the person beside her and thought to herself hmmm is it not because of this man beside you that is why you are confident.
Just as she was about to say something she heard a deep voice that made her legs turn weak,
"Mr Gabriel we have to go there is an important matter at the company" john came in to deliver the message noticed the tension and eyes in the room but did not say anything.
Mika instinctively turned around to see who it was only to see a man that had a very attractive face with his hair neatly brushed to the back in a small which did not make him look anyless hot with is deep voice she sucked in a deep breath with her eyes shining almost drooling.
"Sister you are drooling all over the floor " Amy was amused it's not like she did not know that John was good looking but the person sitting beside her was even better so her eyes could not even wander even if she wanted to.
Mika who heard that was embarrassed but couple not say anything else.
"Okay I'll be outside soon"
With that John went out to wait for his master/best friend
"Wanna come with me" Gabriel asked Amy knowing she would not be comfortable with these people
"Yh thanks"
They both stood up and we're making their way to the door .
The other two people in the room did not even know how to react at all.
When they reached the door Amy turned with a smile on her face "I will be back late to don't wait up" with that she continued walking till they reached the place where the car was parked only to see only two cars waiting for them one filled with bodyguard and the other with John driving.
"Wait where is Philip" she turned to ask John not seeing her driver anywhere.
"He went to rest in there" john pointed to a small building in the compound not far from the house.
"Ohh I'll be right back"
She quickly ran in that direction without waiting for any reply.
Soon she knocked and hear 'come in' she entered and saw
Philip sitting on the sofa.
"Hey I'm going with Gabriel do you wanna come"
Philip pursed his lips he really did not like this man but there was no reason to not like him and he was really caring towards Amy so.....
"No I wanna rest a little, but be careful I still don't trust him"
"Yes dad" Amy said with a big smile on her face.
"I'm serious call me oh get a phone on the way ok"
"Sure how about you go to your apartment im gonna come late"
"Ok"
"Aiit byee"
She soon got back to Gabriel who was already in the car and they drove off.
