Gabriel's pov
I woke up to the sound of my phone ringing. it was a call from John .
"good morning gab"
"morning 🌞"
"your sister asked of your whereabouts"
"what did u tell her" I knew if he told her I was in the hospital she would fuss about and cause unnecessary trouble.
"I told her you were at X base" "Good… I'll tell you about it when we see" I reassured him . we spoke a little then I hung up .I looked up to see her sleepy face she looked so peaceful,I sighed and I got up to stretch it was 7 In the morning so I called Raven to bring two set of men clothes and food for us and something light for the patient.
He came in not long after and dropped everything by the table , after he left Philip woke up and stretched around since he slept in that uncomfortable position all night .
"Good morning Mr Raymond" I said trying to be polite, I'll be nice to anybody she is nice to.
"Good morning Mr Kenwood" he said sarcastically.
ok that attitude was still there , normally I would be pissed but I just let it go I don't know why .
I pointed at the cloth and food and then at the bathroom in the ward which was big enough to be used for bathing and three people can fit in it .
"thanks " he said while standing he placed a small peck on her forehead and said am coming.then he picked up the cloth and went to change . I'd be lying if I said I did not feel bad when he pecked her I didn't like it one bit.
He came out refreshed and the bandage on his head was new and fixed I guess there was extra in there so I went in to change too .
when I came out he was still sitting by her side and staring at her .
I cleared my throat and told him to eat up and gave him a pack he mumbled thanks and ate.
I went to the side and ate too .after that I told him I'd be back he nodded and went back to looking at her .
Philip's pov
I woke up to some rustling sound from my side I groaned when I tried to raise my head , I guess I was hit hard on my head the other night which reminds me Amy....
I shot my head up just to see her face she was sleeping peacefully and soundly. I was glad I felt relieved.
I stretched around so I can feely legs and arms and my neck too they were super stiff then I heard a crisp voice.
"Good morning Mr Raymond" I looked back stunned what the hell is he still doing here .
I greeted back as a form of formality and a tiny little bit of sarcasm which he noticed 'hehe'.
he showed me the cloth and the food and pointed Me to the bathroom to take care of myself which I was glad I thanked him and took care of myself. I was wondering how I'll change my bandage but then I saw a kit I used it to clean the wound on my forehead and dressed it .
after a while when we were done with the meal he ordered he said he has to go and will be back so .
I was glad because I did not like the way he was always staring at Amy all the time .
after he left a nurse came in to clean her body and dress her wounds and adjust a few things here and there I stepped out. I so the other guy Raven waiting on the other side . I think he noticed Me he came forward and I asked for his phone . I dialed Mr Campbell's phone number I told him everything.
