Kazeji Residence.
Kaito had returned to his home after bidding goodbye to Naruto.
"I'm home, Mom," Kaito said as he opened the door. There was no response, but Kaito heard noises coming from the back of the house. He walked towards the family training ground.
Upon reaching the training ground, Kaito saw Haruki practicing while his mother observed.
"Hey, son, come and sit," Hana called, gesturing for Kaito to sit.
Kaito obeyed and sat beside her, watching his father.
Haruki's katana movements were smooth and light, like a breeze, almost like a dance. But in the next moment, his movements became as fierce as a tornado.
Each move was fast and intense. Kaito believed that if he were in the midst of those attacks, his sword and body would be cut in the first strike, and he wouldn't even have time to react.
After a few minutes of observing his father, Kaito was breathless as the onslaught didn't cease. Haruki had transformed into a full-blown tornado, his swords creating intense winds that Kaito had to hold onto to stay in place.
"This is pure kenjutsu," Kaito was alarmed because the wind from his father's blade attacks alone would be considered a Rank D Wind Style Ninjutsu. At a certain distance from them, Kaito believed that if he were at the center, the winds would have the power of a Rank C Ninjutsu, and if he were the target of the katana strikes, he couldn't even estimate the outcome.
"Impressed, right? I was too when I first saw it years ago, he was fighting against three Jonin at the same time," Hana sighed as she remembered those times.
"I didn't know this story, tell me more, Mom," Kaito said as his interest was quickly piqued.
"Alright, your father was on a mission to protect me from escaping the Yuki clan, as it had been discovered that the clan was to be exterminated. Even after I informed the higher-ups, they didn't believe it because with our powers, hardly anyone would try to fight us. But one night, several clans joined forces to attack ours, causing deaths and destruction. Many of us managed to escape, but we were pursued and killed."
"I would have been one of them if your father hadn't shown up in time. I was fighting alone against several Jonin. Even with my power, I was at a standstill, as more and more ninjas arrived to fight. At that moment, your father arrived with his katanas and fiercely cut down the attacks that were coming towards me, fearlessly charging ahead, cutting down anyone in his path. The other ninjas were suppressed, barely able to defend themselves against his attacks." As she spoke, Hana's eyes gleamed as if she were seeing that scene again.
Haruki advanced bravely with continuous strikes like a tornado. Each of his katana strikes caused gusts of wind, and anyone on the receiving end of his attacks would be cut even if they managed to defend.
"I took advantage of that and fought alongside your father. We easily defeated the ninjas, but at that moment, several others appeared, others with Kekkei Genkai. We had to retreat."
"After that, we returned directly to Konoha, and from then on, I fell in love with your father, and here we are today," she finished telling her story and smiled at her son.
"Wow, I didn't expect my father to be that strong in the past. So now he must be much stronger, right, as he is still a special Jonin?" Kaito asked with uncertainty.
"Simply because he's too lazy to focus on other ninja areas and with the small amount of chakra he has, he almost gave up on learning ninjutsu, only knowing what he knows today because of my influence," Hana sighed and looked at her husband.
Kaito finally understood. It was something he had already imagined, but with his mother's explanation, everything made more sense.
Haruki had stopped his movements by now and was walking towards them.
"Hahaha, so you thought your old man was weak?" Haruki asked Kaito.
"No, no. I just thought that as time passes, age creeps in, and the bones get increasingly fragile, you know," Kaito replied with a smile.
This made Haruki pause for a moment and give a cold smile.
"You insolent brat, you want to find out who's got fragile bones?" Haruki asked again, cracking his knuckles.
"No, no. I was just kidding. Now I just feel a bit weak, you know, maybe because of all that blood loss," Kaito said, hiding behind his mother, pretending to be weak.
Hana then looked at Haruki with a deadly look, making him stop smiling immediately. But the next moment, he looked at Kaito with a broad smile on his face.
"Smart kid," Haruki cursed in his mind as he sat silently next to his wife.
Kaito was still smiling as he turned and went to his room.
Upon arriving in his room, he performed a Shadow Clone Jutsu and left it to study Fuinjutsu, still far from achieving what he wanted to do, so he had to make the most of every second.
He then sat in a meditation position and began to try to merge his hand with his Kekkei Genkai, and soon a pain spread through his body coming directly from his hand.
Kaito gritted his teeth and endured the pain, and in the next moments, his hand was completely transforming into ice, resembling a crystal.
"Darn, the time it takes for this to happen is too long. In the midst of a battle, I would have been cut several times," Kaito sighed. It was taking quite a bit of time to fuse an area the size of his hand, but he believed he could reduce this time with some effort.
Kaito then deactivated the ability, feeling all that pain once again, but he was somehow getting used to it.
"Now something more complex." Kaito hesitated a bit but still tried to fuse a part near his kidney, and the difficulty was many times greater. However, with time and perseverance, he managed to fuse a small part.
Next, he deactivated the ability. He couldn't maintain this state for long; he realized that vital areas required greater concentration and chakra, and the pain was several times worse.
What comforted Kaito was that as long as he trained enough, this would be very beneficial to save his life in the future.
Kaito spent several hours trying to merge various parts of his body, heart, lungs, stomach, neck, legs, and so on.
The most difficult and painful were the heart, neck, and lungs.
Every time he attempted it, unbearable pain occurred, but he felt his body becoming much stronger, and his skin became paler.
"Darn, I won't end up looking like a vampire from that Twilight movie, right?" Kaito wondered as he looked at himself in the mirror, visibly paler.
While training, he periodically recalled his clone to absorb the knowledge and created another immediately to continue.
He was so immersed in his training that he didn't even realize he had been training for more than 8 hours.
Until finally, his mind and body were in a state of exhaustion, causing him to fall directly onto his bed.
"Darn, every time this happens..." was the last thing he thought before falling asleep.
Kaito's body had undergone some small changes. Every time he merged with ice, his body improved a bit. Kaito had already noticed this and was very happy because he wasn't focusing much on physical training, leaving a major weakness. However, it was something he had to do; unfortunately, building physical strength takes a long time, something he didn't have as it had been a short time since he arrived in this world, and many things would happen soon.
This made Kaito focus on something that would give him power quickly, like his Kekkei Genkai and the elements he had a knack for, while his kenjutsu and fuinjutsu were things his father could teach and train him, which would be much faster.
While Kaito slept, his father was observing him from outside the window, sitting on a distant tree. He knew that every day his son was exerting himself to the maximum, and he didn't understand why. Formerly, his son barely showed interest in anything beyond studying the theory of things, and now, he was exerting so much effort. Something that should have made Haruki excited was now making him scared. He didn't know what had scared Kaito so much, so Haruki was training to be able to protect Kaito from whatever he was afraid of.
Haruki sighed and descended from the tree, walking towards the kitchen where Hana was.
"Hello, dear. Are you training until you faint from exhaustion again?" Hana asked, looking at her husband.
"Yes, this time at least he was smart enough to fall onto the bed," Haruki said to Hana.
"Do you think he found out about Danzo and is afraid he might attack?" Hana asked hesitantly.
"I don't think so, but maybe. But if Danzo dares to lay his hands on him, I swear to God I'll cut him into pieces. The damned man even had Hiruzen seal you because he wanted you to give birth to several children to awaken the Kekkei Genkai and take them to Root. Luckily, the Hokage didn't agree with that and only sealed you to shut Danzo up," Haruki said as he clenched his fists in anger.
"Haha, don't worry, dear. If he tries to mess with me or our son now, I'll freeze him to death. If he thinks I, Hana Kazeji, am easy to mess with, he's mistaken," Hana said as she kissed her husband.
Haruki smiled and returned the affection with a hot kiss, and then they started to get passionate. Haruki held her in his arms, kissing her fiercely as he removed her clothes. Hana smiled as she breathed heavily, beginning to undress Haruki as well. They were now both without any clothes and started to kiss again. Haruki held Hana by the waist, placing her on the kitchen table; the scene was breathtaking.
Their heated "fight" lasted for an hour, and the sun was starting to rise. They were both weak, especially Hana, who had weak legs, and Haruki was completely sweaty.
"I think maybe Kaito will have a sibling," Hana joked in a low and breathy voice.
Haruki smiled and embraced Hana again, sealing their lips with a kiss.
"That would be great," he said, beginning another intense "fight."
