Chapter 23 - The Seven Stars Crimson Lord's Wrath
With the Ultra-High Velocity Traversal Speed Boots worn on his legs in utmost preparation for sudden or unanticipated events abruptly occurring, Maxmillan gazed in extreme coldness and savageness at a large palace-looking inn before him.
Then with a frigid and malicious smile emerging from his lips, Maxmillan shouted with his powerful voice, not minding if they could hear him or not, "Bastards drinking and gambling away their miserable lives, I destroyed one of your inns. But here I am, looking at a really cheerful atmosphere, instead of a heavily sombre one. Aren't you sad and sorrowful at the painful loss of your colleagues? Or you are perhaps happy and exceedingly cheerful about it? Anyways, I am here to turn this ecstatic atmosphere to an atmosphere of endless anguish and ever-lingering sorrow. So, come out now to your death, for I, the Grim Reaper, have come to harvest your filthy souls and erase your existences from this world!"

Abruptly, a notification message appeared in his vision which caused Maxmillan to be intensely surprised, before beaming a tremendously gladdened smile.
"I wasn't expecting this. But it's all good." Maxmillan said with euphoric joy in his heart and then happily nodded his head.
He was however taken out of his enormously-surprised blissful state when the protection-enchanted door of the inn was kicked open to reveal many people who rushed out with frenzied looks of rage and exceeding hatred in their faces.
But as soon as they opened the door and were about to rush out to immediately attack him at total strength and full power, Maxmillan who couldn't afford to waste any more second here, as he didn't know what sort of dark evil plot would have been planned for him, had space warp and distort around his right palm before a large grenade appeared in it.
This was a Timed Explosive Dual-Grenade with a huge blast range and a massive blast power than the Common Explosive Grenade. It costed 500 purchase points to obtain, leaving him with only 9 purchase points, as opposed to the Common Explosive Grenade that costed 39 Purchase Points.
So, with a determined and terrifying look of absolute hatred and despise in his face, he hurled the heavy, Timed Explosive Dual-Grenade in his hand after setting it at five seconds into the inn, just before they could all rush out to attack him.
"Boom!" He said calmly with a sharp and fierce glint emitting from his eyes.
BOOOOM!!
A highly devastating explosion immediately occurred and manifested a tall wave of destructive energy that swept out with a violent release of exceedingly heated air and an enormous amount of force that instantly reduced everyone within the inn to countless pieces of burnt flesh.
While the few others that rushed out of the inn to attack Maxmillan, were immediately sent flying for dozens of feet, along with the inn's protection-enchanted door and reinforced huge pillars by the super-heated ruination wave that instantly appeared behind them upon manifestation and struck them with a colossal amount of force that would rip or shred a four-feet thick steel to countless strewn splinters.
Once he saw that he had executed his mission, since everyone had been exterminated by the horrendous blast power that erupted from the Timed Explosive Dual-Grenade, Maxmillan immediately took off before some unexpected events would occur.

"Damn! This is getting better by the day." Maxmillan said with his heart brimming with unfathomably surging joy at the amounts of points that he was rewarded with.
He then suddenly thought of striking another inn before he would be exposed and chased around.
But he canceled the idea and chose to do things with moderation, since carrying out certain actions with an excitement-muddled mind and an euphorically-obscured thinking, would only lead him to an inescapable net of trouble that he may not be able to come out from.
"Not tonight. Some other time. And at least, I should be able to purchase a single good item this time with the two thousand, three hundred and nine points available to me. Haha." Maxmillan said and cackled with joy in his heart.
Revenge had never been so sweet. He thought.
***
Fifteen minutes after Maxmillan unleashed total obliterative blast at the second inn that he targeted...
"I see you went ahead to ruin another inn. But are you targeting me with these actions, or there is a particular reason to why you are doing this? Hmm. In my life of eight hundred and sixty years, I don't think I have come across someone as excessively bold as you."
"I won't say much anyway. All I know is that I am going to catch you and viciously clip those wings of yours that are imbuing you with the courage to indignantly stir the heart of this Astra Spellcraft Lord." A man that looked thirty and wore a crimson robe embroidered with seven small stars that encircled a large purple star, said with a look of unfathomable fury in his face.
"Lord Master, sorry for your great losses. But why don't you send us out there to go search for this person and bring him alive to you." A male that looked seven feet tall and invoked the absolute feeling that he was a formidable and remarkably great user of magic, since he had shining resplendent circles of solid-light which were engraved with abstruse golden patterns and revolved unceasingly around his overwhelmingly tall figure, said with a wrathful and determined look in his face.
"Haha. I wish I could. But I don't want you guys to go out there and waste your time searching for a purposeless nincompoop. I will get him myself, with time."
"So, you my beloved legacy students should go back to your chambers to resume your isolated magical training. I will come soon to assess you on what you have learnt so far" The man who was without surprise, the Constellation Lord of Seven Stars, said with a prideful smile in his face as he was really proud of the male student standing before him.
"Alright master. We will heed to your wise commands and teachings." The male student said and bowed. While the few others that gallantly stood behind him, also bowed and turned around to return to their rooms and resume their training.
"It's such a pity that I didn't get to see his face. I could have summoned a magical gale to knock off his mask and make an invisible symbolic mark in his face, which would have made things much more easier for me."
"But the power to wreak that level of devastation at the inn as a common caster of Astra Mystralis, where did he get it from? Was he exceedingly fortunate to come across certain exotic items that possess grandiose destructive powers?"
"And perhaps they are things made or designed by the nigh-infinitely knowledgeable Astra Nexus Paragons. Hmm. I must definitely capture him before the other Lords will have their eyes on him. I simply have to." The Constellation Lord of Seven Stars said with a bright glow of great and unwavering determination radiating from his eyes.
