Addilyn placed her head against the door to her room for the umpteenth time as she fiddled with the phone in her hands.
Her battery was almost dead now with barely 9 percent remaining and she had already sent signals blindly to alert Dawn but she still hadn't received any sign or code that they were coming for her or at least found her.
"Or did I not leave the phone long enough for them to find my cellphone signal?" She muttered as she turned the phone around in her palms whilst releasing a sigh.
Then she pocketed the phone at the back of her skirt and concentrated on trying to listen to any sounds outside.
The corridors had been oddly silent for a while which was quite rare as the house had been busy ever since she was locked in here because her mother was preparing to take total control over the Valentina family with her uncle.
"It's oddly quiet but that doesn't matter." She whispered before standing upright and reaching into her hair.
