His goal of exploring this room is to find a way out, to find something that would help him get stronger, something that the other Chimeras couldn't get their hands on. He don't know what to look for though, and is just wandering around at this horribly slow speed.
The only source of light that he has is the three large screens on the left wall, which previously showed Dr.Glamus. Under the three screens was the glass panes that looks into the incubator lab. Now that he has strayed fairly far away from the screens , it's getting harder to see things that are far away.
What Carrion is looking for right now are two things : 1. More prey to eat and get more mana to transform; 2. To find another entrance, a door of some kind and hope that it is opened.
He also have a side quest of finding more information about the Life Force Research Centre too, in order to understand his situation better.
Continuing on his walk, or rather crawl, there are seemingly an endless line of incubators with the same green liquids still inside. Aside from how much people had to suffer , the amount of money they must have spent in order to make so many of these incubators must have been colossal. Dr- nevermind, let's just say Glamus ; Glamus also said that I was going to be send down to the dungeon, if the dungeon is as big as the ones in RPGs then this dungeon must have also cost a monumental amount. I wonder what kind of business they have to build such things.
Their technology seems pretty advanced too, is this the norms for this world or is it the Life Force Research Foundation that is out of the norms ? How do they operate ; who lead such advanced development for the Foundation; what secrets do they have ? These questions can only be answered by gathering more information.
What we do know is that the Foundation is not working for the betterment of the world, they gained all this probably through selling illegal drugs, live being experimentation including humans and more as Glamus has mentioned.
Continuing on his crawl , he encountered a familiar but also unexpected sight - there was a similarly broken incubator tank just like his. It was on the lines of incubators that has already emptied it's liquids, so the one in this broken has likely escaped. Maybe they were like him, having escaped the tank in different way and is wandering around the place, as he hadn't found anything like him around here, it's either they have escaped this room or they have been send down the dungeon. Carrion hoped that it wound be the former. Carrion look around to see if he could find the number of this tank,
* There it is, number 1390, so the one here has been out for quite a while already. I don't particularly look forward to it but if they're still alive I hope we could meet to help each other out *
* It would be nice to meet someone down here, who knows how long I'll be stuck down here.*
He still don't know how the system work, how it decides to create another test subject. Whether it make one when the last one has died off or when the time to make another one comes.
Nevertheless, as Carrion is filled with a bit more hope, he continues on his crawl.
There were more incubators on the way and, luckily ,there was another creature In front of him. As he was about to use Devour on it immediately, he remembered about one of his skills (Identify) and thought *why not use it now , let's see how useful this thing is, though I doubt information about a black rat is very important.*
'Identify!'

' Damn, so many information is locked behind the skill proficiency! There's barely any useful stuff shown!'
Seeing his skill not being as good as he thought, Carrion was a bit bumped out, but as always it wasn't something he didn't expect and there was nothing he could do about it, the world has rules and he have to abide by it ( at least for now ).
' …Let's see what's useful , so it's HP is 12 and MP is 1, which means if I absorb 1 HP and 0.1 MP after devouring it then my absorption rate is 10% , not too bad I guess, at least it's not 1% or something ridiculous , Devour is pretty good.'
' Next is it's race and rank, it's race is just accurate to what it is , a black fur rat, but it's rank 'lowly' makes me a little iffy. It makes me sad to think I am considered to be of the same rank as a damn rat. '
' Aside from that there's also a short description about it, not much is there but at least I know where I'm at -
' Forget it, that doesn't matter right now , now that I know it works, time for me to enjoy my meal, hehe '
'DEVOUR!'
The unexpecting creature was swiftly and efficiently swallowed inside Carrion's stomach. It tried to struggle by clawing the inside of his stomach but it was futile, the small creature's struggle came to a dying halt as teeth the size of a finger impaled and crush it's body. The crunching noises that started soon end as it's body was firmly crushed for better digestion.
[ You have devoured a Black Fur Rat ]
[ You have absorbed some of its ability | +1HP/ +0.1MP ]
' Mm, this one's meat is a little tougher than the other silver furred one, I don't hate it though , it makes it have more texture. The taste is a bit bland though but still, food is food. '
Having eaten his second meal, Carrion was feeling quite energized, so he decided to pick up his speed of crawling with his limbless body.
With the room being massive, even with his quicken speed , it still took him about 7 minutes to go from his tank to the end of the room. The destination was estimated to be around 70m from his tank, which tells you how slow he has been going ( 10m/min ) . It makes sense though considering that the only method of movement was to force his flesh forward to create a driving force, allowing him to roll his body , which is normally impossible for humans to do. He could only move so much without so much as a piece of bone in his flesh bag of a body.
It was pitch black at the end of the room, so it took his many eyes a moment before he recognized what he is seeing
' Is that... a door ? A door!! I found a door ! '
In front of him was a massive sliding double door made out of steel(?), tall and immovable. The double door seem both fitting and out of place, the door looks squeaky clean, as if it has been clean not long ago; no trace of damage or dirt could be found on it - a stark contrast to the condition of the incubator room.
Carrion looks at the door with gleaming eyes, his curiosity and excitement can be felt through the shaking of his body. This, however , didn't deluded him from the question : 'how do I open the door ?'
