"Do you like me?" Vesta asked directly, not trying to even appear shy.
"You.. you must be joking right? You want to use my animosity against Asterion to win his heart? Sorry but I do not play such games." Marcus said, still laughing after he was done talking.
"Just answer me. Do you like me? Because if you do, I have a great proposal for you. Of course we both will be benefiting from it." Vesta explained.
"I won't exactly say that I like you. But I don't hate you, which is enough to answer you I guess." Marcus answered.
"I know you are competing for the throne with his highness Prince Asterion. And he is more powerful than you. But that does not mean you have to compromise the throne." Vesta said, hinting towards something.
