"Why?" Wei Ge looked around. "Is this place about to be attacked by aliens?"
"—" Chi Yue gave him a disdainful glance, too lazy to tease him back, "Cut the crap. What do you really want?"
"I'm fine. I only came because I had nothing to do. If I were busy, who would have time to come here, right?"
With a grin on his face, Wei Ge talked on, ignoring Chi Yue's cold words and icy gaze. He pulled her hand away, brushed off his clothes, and struck a pose in front of her,
"See? I got myself all geared up for farm work. In this outfit, not even my die-hard fans would recognize me, right?"
Chi Yue looked him up and down, barely holding back a laugh.
Indeed, his attire was "professional" enough, and certainly plain.
It was just an ordinary farmer's old jacket, his camouflage pants were stained with mud, the hat was of poor quality, and the edges were fraying. He looked downright shabby... but that face of Wei Ge's was still his, how could anyone not recognize him?
