Wen Jing replied to her, "I'm thirsty, pour me some water."
She went to the kitchen and poured herself some ice water from the fridge, taking a sip.
Preparing to head back to her room, Xu Ningyue asked her, "Did Qi Dong send you a message?"
Wen Jing shook her head, "No, he didn't."
Hearing this, Xu Ningyue grew even more worried, "Could he be angry?"
Wen Jing thought about it but wasn't sure, "I don't know."
The water in her hand was very cold, so cold that she looked down at it.
She was reminded of how Qi Dong had dominantly thrown away her ice cream.
She really... really didn't understand Qi Dong at all.
Xu Ningyue said, "Otherwise, why wouldn't he send a message or make a call to check in?"
She frowned, worried, and then said to Wen Jing, "You send him a message."
"Oh."
Wen Jing nodded at Xu Ningyue, carried her glass of water to her room, and forgot to drink it, struggling with whether or not to send Qi Dong a message.
