Yu Yesang's emotional shift earlier had not gone unnoticed by Zhong Feifei, who wasn't insensitive to the mood. She knew all too well how saying one had found "someone better" as a way to comfort someone was particularly insincere.
She didn't continue on this topic and simply nodded with a smile, "I understand, I'll bring it to him when I leave."
"Mhm," Yu Yesang nodded, then reminded her, "Don't say it's from me, just tell him you brought it."
Zhong Feifei thought Yu Yesang made her swear to secrecy for fear that Yan Zao would find out the milk tea was from Yu Yesang and wouldn't allow Lan Mu to drink it, or it might upset him and cause a fight between the couple.
She grumbled about it to Yu Yesang, "I really don't know what you're so afraid of Yan Zao for. What if she knows it's from you? Would she dare stop my third brother from drinking it?"
Yu Yesang smiled softly, "Be good, or else when you're crying your eyes out, I won't be there to comfort you."
