Lan Mu instinctively leaned his head back a little, then lowered his gaze to look at the grapes Yan Zao was holding.
He frowned.
His expression of dislike, so uniquely Lan Mu's, made Yan Zao prepare to retract her hand, but suddenly Lan Mu stretched his neck out and bit the grapes from her fingers.
His lips touched Yan Zao's fingertips, soft and warm. The moment they touched, her hand trembled as if electrocuted, and a shiver ran through her.
Her cheeks uncontrollably flushed a shade of red, feeling hot.
The man in front of her chewed on the grapes she fed him and nodded with satisfaction, "They are indeed quite sweet."
Then he stood up, his tall figure walking past Yan Zao.
Yan Zao turned her head to follow Lan Mu with her gaze, and asked subconsciously, "Where are you going?"
"You like plain blanched bok choy, stir-fried kidneys, and di san xian, right?"
Lan Mu said this as he took long strides into the kitchen.
