Chapter 1 - Beach: Family get-together

It was already summer holiday, my family and I decided to have fun at the beach today.

"its my time to shine " I screamed running on the beach, trying to keep up with my brothers.

"Jessica! stop running you are gonna get your self injured" Mom cried out as she unpacked our bags.

When I was just few feet away from my brothers, I felt a strong wind come straight towards me, I feel with my face on the sand I felt dizzy for a while.

"Jessia!!! Oh my goodness your bleeding from your kneel" Bro Jason ran towards me, my face was so red, I felt like crying but I didn't want people staring at me.

"it's okay, Jessi I got you. Raymond, Raphael, Jasper jessi's injured" he said quickly, carrying me to our tent for treatment.

It was evening time,I couldn't go back to play with my family because I was limping, Papa advices me to stay in the tent. I watched as brothers and dad played soccer while mum cheered for her husband from behind him at the goal post, the scene was so funny and heartwarming even though I wasn't playing with them I felt the warm, happy love.

"Hey, Beauty" I heard someone call me from behind a tall, handsome teenager stood there waving.

" Can you please give me some water?" he pleaded, he was obvious testy with the way he was panting. I couldn't get my eyes off him, no I mean his packs 'whoa' I licked my lips and swallowed my saliva subconsciously.

"Jessi?Jessi?" mom called twice, waking me up from my dream land

"Hmm"I staggered as I stood up, 'oh goodness how many minutes have I been looking at him, hope I didn't drool' I didn't even know when Mum got here.

"Sorry for that, my daughter was blown away" she smiled passing him a bottle of water and then winked at me.

"Mom!!" I cried limping out of the tent.I could hear their laughter behind me, my face was so pink I tried going faster.

"Jessi, how are you feeling now?" bro Mickey asked as he held me to sit on a rock at the water side.

"Better" I smiled as I felt the warmth of the evening sun and water

"You have been at home for the past two weeks after school exams, what are your plans?" He asked with his hands patting my head, I don't know why he likes doing that to me, 'I'm not a dog bro'.

"I don't know yet, I was thinking of spending the rest of my holiday in Wildwood with aunt July "

I said slowly looking into his eyes. My family is very protective over me mostly my brothers, well I don't blame them I'm the only daughter and sister.

"Hmm... okay I will speak to mum and dad tonight also get set we will be leaving next tomorrow".

" Alright thanks but what do you mean by we? There is no way I going aboard with you guys " I pulled Mickey's hands, winning like a baby. He just smiles at me patting my head quietly.

We got home that night all of us tired, so we ordered pizza and milkshakes. I was so happy and sad when I got back to my room after dinner, my parents allowed me going over to my Aunt's place 'with my brothers ' I signed,

'Well then this is it'.
