"Me?" He asked and facepalm himself mentally.
"Such a stupid question." He thought, but Diamond nodded anyways.
"Don't go." She looked down shyly before looking up at him again. "Please." She added making him wonder what he was still doing standing foolishly by the door moping at her.
Hurriedly, he rushed inside, closed the door and took long strides towards her.
She tapped the spot beside her on the bed and he sat down rather too quickly.
"What the hell is wrong with me huh? Why am I acting so weird?" He thought.
Diamond placed a hand on Xander's, staring at their hands in silence.
"I'm sorry." She finally muttered after what seems to be a very long time.
"Why apologize? You didn't do anything wrong."
"No..."
"I should be the one apologizing." He cut her off unconsciously.
