Arya's knife fell off her hand involuntarily as she tried struggling with whosoever it was that was behind her. She tried pushing his hands off, but he placed his hands firmly around the rope, making it quite difficult for her to breath properly. She was gradually losing strength. He just was too strong for her to handle all by herself. She gasped for air as she couldn't breath in anymore.
Being an Omega and a witch, she didn't have much power as other werewolves did. She could only see visions, spirits, and heal people, so it was quite difficult for her to fight back.
Suddenly, she had a vision and saw Yandel being whipped, with blood oozing out of his back. The sight made her terrified and more charged. She had no reason to live again after her father died, till she met Yandel. And if not for anything, she is going to live for him.
