Some novel information. 

this is very much an AU, I have an understanding of 40k lore, but I do not have in depth knowledge on key events, the only real big event I know is the horrus heresy.

As such I will not be including 40k events in my story, I only used 40k for the factions, the overall setting, and things like the warp and the chaos gods, so my point is don't expect the mc to participate in your favorite 40k events, it just wont happen, sorry.
