It's been a rough day even though we're only into half of it.
The mission was a success if we don't count the one truck that the Feds managed to save.
Oh and maybe the little injury that Maria earned herself which I'm yet to find out how.
I thought I had put her in the safest place.
Where she could fire without being hurt.
Or is she just a magnet for trouble?
All in all I'm just glad that she's fine and that it was nothing serious.
Which is why after I clean myself up I'm headed to her room to check on her.
I'm sure Patricia took care of her injury perfectly well but I just feel the need to see her.
Could it be true that I have a soft spot for her?
I think about it again and brush the thought off, immediately. It's just the physical attraction due to her extreme beauty and nothing more.
Besides, any normal human being in my place would do the same.
