"There wasn't anything before, life was smooth sailing and peaceful, not much to talk about," Cindy Clarke said with a laugh, "but there's something today."
"Oh?" Adrian Zhekova asked with interest, "What happened today?"
It so happened that Cindy was asking him today when he would be back.
Adrian's expression immediately became serious: "Did someone bully you?"
When she was bullied, she thought of him.
She thought how nice it would be if he was by her side.
Adrian's logic was on point.
"No, who can bully me now?" Cindy laughed.
Or rather, who dares bully her now?
"So you were not bullied?" Adrian asked, "I'm thinking, you mentioned something happened today, and asked me today when I would return. You wouldn't be asking for my support, would you?"
"What are you thinking!" Cindy gave him a playful smack, "Am I the kind of person who only thinks of you when something happens?"
