Anyway, Adrian Zhekova was not the type to use filters.
So, he straightforwardly sent it to the "Eighty-Eight Sixty-Four" group chat.
Since he wasn't the group admin, he couldn't @ everyone.
Adrian didn't mind the trouble and @'d everyone individually.
