Chapter 165 - Train Me

Agape's heart clenched as he watched Eva's small form disappear beneath the churning waves. The sight burned into his mind, and he turned to Gray, his voice hoarse with panic. "She's going to die!" he shouted, his tusks gleaming under the flashes of lightning. 

Gray stood at the edge of the ship, unbothered, his smirk more pronounced. "Relax," he drawled with an air of cocky indifference, "she's tougher than she looks. Unlike you." 

The words only added fuel to the fire raging inside Agape. His breaths were ragged, his massive chest heaving with both fear and anger. The thought of losing Eva—her laughter, her courage, her warmth—was unbearable. Without hesitation, Agape dove into the sea after her. 

The storm was unrelenting. The waves rose like walls of fury, slamming into him with every stroke. Water filled his lungs as he was pulled under again and again.
