Shreya is a 20 year old girl living in city of maharashtra with her family.
Shreya is a clumsy but hardworking girl. She is still a student. Her personality is kind and lovable but talks less.
Shreya lives her family in a small house. About her family, Shreya's Father died due to 'accident' when she was 10. At that time her mother was pregnant. And now she lives with her mom and her younger sister.
Shreya don't have many friends except one, her childhood friend, Mansi, who is also her neighbor.
Shreya's mother do a material job cause she don't want her daughter's to work at this age and study but looking at her mother working hard for them Shreya works secretly from her mother at super-market as cashier to save some money.
