"Do you think that stealing the key, was the best idea?" Charlie asked, thinking about how he felt guilty and wrong for stealing the key from Jack. "Listen, Charlie, sometimes if someone doesn't use something you should use it." Korrow said. "Oh, shit I forgot something at the house!" Luna said. Naval just stared at Luna with a gaze. "Welp back to the house is our new heading!." Korrow said in a loud voice. The Crew headed back to the house. "Why do we have to go back to the house, can't she go back to the house herself?" Jago asked, annoyed. "Nobody who falls behind is left behind." Korrow said. "But she didn't fall behind." Jago said. "You know you guys are really a bunch of mumblers because I don't understand a WORD of what you're saying." Korrow said. "No, no not really." Jago said in a bummed mood. Naval picked a rock in his mouth and threw it at Jago. "Oh hey you're back Wa, I missed youuuuuuu." Wa-Wa said, turning his head 360 rotation. Korrow opened the door and all the lights were on inside the house. "Um, didn't you turn off the lights?" Nightshade asked. "Wow causing our electric bill to go up huh, Korrow?" Carscod said. "One, I did turn them off, and two you know we don't have house bills, Carscod." Korrow said in a pissy mood. "Then who-" Charlie said but then stopped. There was a boy around 10 years old with black hair with an undercut shirt and a wolf-type fur coat near his neck. a silver shoulder guard, a grey shirt, grey sweatpants, and blue slippers. He then walked down the stairs into the basement. Korrow ran down into the basement after the thief. "Hello?" A voice said, sounding like a 17-year-old old guy talking into a metal barrel. Luna ran up the stairs into her room. Korrow went downstairs into the basement down there was the boy with the horde of food with a piece of ham on his knife. Naval started squawking at Korrow. Korrow pulled out his staff and pointed at Naval and did a circular motion with his staff. "Back into a human." Korrow said. Brown magic surrounded Naval and he turned back into a human. Naval had black hair, tan, brown eyes, blue jeans, a black coat, with a grey shirt. Korrow then yanked the boy by the side of the shoulder, having him hanging from the staff. He tried to stab Korrow with his knife. Naval grabbed Korrow and the boy. "Ok, One Korrow you are not killing this boy." Naval said. "Two, you little boy aren't gonna kill us either." Naval said. "Oh yeah, says who?" "I'm the son of a god!" the boy said all high and mighty. "I'm not gonna kill him, I was just gonna hit him with my staff." Korrow said in a snarky tone. "Well still no fighting, what's your name?" Naval asked. "Why should I tell you?" The boy said in an angry tone. "Because I can easily just kick you out of this island, not physically but ya know, who are you?" Naval responded. "I'm Guero." He said as he began eating the food off of his knife. "Well Guero, you live underneath Korrow's house and his rules, which his rules aren't too strict just odd at times." Naval said. "Aight fine." Guero said. Naval put down Guero and Korrow. "Alright let's go see what the goblins did." Naval said looking forward to it. Korrow pointed his staff at Naval and did a circular motion with it. Brown energy came around Naval turning him back into a bird. Naval then flew up to Luna's room. Luna was talking to the knight. "I'm so sorry, I left you here." Luna said, panicking. "It's ..... Fine." The Knight said in a muffled voice and heaving breathing. Naval crowed at Luna. Luna turned around and saw Naval; she quickly threw a blanket onto The Knight. "Just hope Korrow doesn't find out," Luna said. "Find out about what?" Korrow asked. Luna turned around. "Ah um Korrow, um nothing um." Luna said, panicking. "It's clearly something." Korrow said. "What's underneath the blanket?" Korrow said. "Um, my DVD collection," Luna said. Korrow looked at Luna. "Everyone's DVD collection is downstairs." Korrow said. Naval pulled the sheet off of The Knight "Luna!" Korrow said, slightly mad. Luna put her head down in shame. "Why didn't you tell us you had company." Korrow said happily. "Uh, oh yeah I guess that was pretty dumb." Luna agreed. Korrow got onto one knee putting his arm on that knee. "What's your name?" " Chris or Crescent." He said in a muffled voice. Luna had a look of deja vu on her face. "Oh, you don't sound too good, buddy." Korrow said in a worried voice. Korrow tried to pick up Chris but failed. "Luna, would you be a dear and carry Crescent up to the attic please?" Korrow asked nicely in a calm voice. "Sure Korrow, c'mon Crescent, let's go." Luna said. Luna picked up Crescent and carried him following Korrow. They walked up the stairs and then hit a wall. "Well, where's the attic?" Luna asked, confused. "At....tic?" Crescent said, confused. Vines came around Korrow, Luna, and Crescent and brung them up to the attic, they were then inside a pitch-black room floating. Korrow did a circle motion with his staff and a blue magic circle appeared with bluish-whitish see-through-ish crystals around it. The spell circle flashed, and then Luna, Crescent, and Korrow appeared in the hallway that led to Korrow's room with the doors in the hallway. "What the fuck?" Luna asked, confused. "Wh.....at?" Crescent said, confused. Korrow started walking. "Come along," Korrow said. Korrow began walking down the hallway. "Now which door is to the storage repair?" Korrow asked himself. Korrow found an unlabeled door. "Ah," Korrow said. Korrow pulled out his keys and Naval picked out the right one. Korrow unlocked the door to a flight of stairs. Korrow, Luna, and Crescent walked up the stairs to the attic, there were hammers, wrenches, nuts and bolts, mirrors, notebooks, computers, partially made swords, flintlock pistols, and the computer that he was on last night. "Korrow isn't that the computer you are on during the night, wait how come it's never there in the morning, do you carry it up and down the stairs, well partial stairs what was the void-like place, what was the spell?" Luna asked. Korrow was getting wrenches and flipping through notebooks. "So many questions Luna, no I don't carry the computer," Korrow said. He put a nut in his mouth from the nuts and bolts. Korrow pulled out a remote and put the nut in a hole in the remote. "This remote controls everything in the house, even where the rooms go," Korrow said. "What about the void and the spell?" Luna asked. "Let's just help your friend," Korrow said worriedly. "Put him down right there." Korrow said. "Ok, let's see what's wrong with you." Korrow said. "Hm looks like a severe wiring problem, broken circuits, hardware and malware problems, and gunshots." Korrow said. Korrow then began repairing Crescent but making his suit more upgraded with more bulked-out armor and a skull with Crescent moons on the front. The Crescent looked more like a pirate flag skull and cross. Crescent. "Ok, the outside is done, now for the inside." Korrow said. Korrow opened the hatch on the chest of Crescent. Inside was a dead african american kid. "Oh, this poor child is possessing the knight, Korrow slowly took the corpse out. Holding the corpse slightly shaking. "What the hell do I do?" Korrow said. Korrow got up and put the corpse in a body bag. Korrow began to fix the wires and broken parts inside of Crescent and shut the hatch. "That was me," Crescent said without muffling like earlier. "Yes, I know you'll have a proper burial," Korrow said. "My name was Chris but I don't know if I'm Chris or Crescent." The child said. "Chris," Luna said softly. "Christopher!" Luna said shocked. Luna got up quickly and hugged him. "It's me, Luna!" Luna said excitedly, slightly tearing up. "Luna....." Chris said softly, hugging her back. Korrow leaned his head to the side. "Um, I hate to interrupt this lovely reunion but he is still being repaired." Korrow said. Korrow went and opened a drawer and pulled out a purple ring. He slid the ring onto Crescent's arm. "This ring lets you leave The Knight whenever you want." Korrow said. Korrow then gave Crescent two flintlock pistols and a yellow sword. "I'm not good at making weapons," Korrow said nervously. "Ok, now I believe we were on an adventure." Korrow said happily as he clapped his hands once in joy. Korrow, Crescent, and Luna then walked to the hallway. Korrow opened the door at the end of the hallway. The door led to the stairs downstairs. Korrow, Crescent, and Luna were back downstairs. Korrow pressed the nut on the remote, the door shut itself and then it looked like the wall again and the doorknob morphed into the wall. "What the fuck?" Luna said confusingly. "How did that happen?" Crescent asked. "Magic," Korrow said snarkily while smiling and then walking away with his staff. "Alright let's go everyone." Korrow said. Korrow, Crescent, and Luna walked down the stairs. "Alrighty let's go," Guero said, coming up from the basement. Guero had arrows in a quiver along with a bow and arrow. Till the quiver's bottom broke making the arrows fall all onto the floor. "OOOOOO FOOOOD." Wa-Wa said. He went headfirst toward the arrow. Korrow hit Wa-Wa with his staff before he could get to the knives. "Wa-Wa what did I tell you about eating other people or their property?" Korrow said in a fatherly tone. "Well Wa, you could have just said he wanted to eat them, WA." Wa-Wa said angrily then went back outside. "Now what do we do with your arrow problem?" Korrow said. "I'll carry them!." Guero said, picking up the arrow with two stabbing him in his forearm. Wa Wa then came in and ate the rest of the arrow. "Ow!" Guero said in a painful tone. "I mean that's no pain!" He said with a forced tone of strength. "Oh, hell don't touch your arm Guero." Korrow said, worried, he then ran off to the attic again. Guero took out the arrow. Naval came over and sat on her head and pecked her once. "Ow, shoo bird." Guero said. Hee touched the bloody tip of the arrows, Naval pecked her again. "Oh, I'm going to puke!." Crescent said. "Wait, I feel sick!." Crescent said. "Oh my god, I forgot you can actually feel more than when you were dead thanks to the ring." Luna said excitedly. "Ok, but I'm seriously gonna puke." Crescent said in a sick tone. Korrow was in the attic grabbing bandages but all he had was the ones for shots, not actual cloth bandages. Korrow ran back down the stairs. "Ok, so I don't have any actual cloth bandages." Korrow said. "People back at home barely had anything." Guero said. Charlie came back from the kitchen and brung a washcloth. "Here." Charlie said. Korrow took the cloth and attended to Guero's wounds. Wa Wa came back through the window. "Oh, my holy dragon, are you ok Guero!?" Wa-Wa said worriedly. "Yes, I'm fine, I'm always fine, I show full strength even in times of danger." Guero got up and went outside. Korrow patted Wa-Wa on the head. "It's ok don't let him get to you, he cares just in his own way." Korrow said as he began to scratch him under his chin like a dog. "Ok, let's finally go on this adventure." Korrow said. Korrow and the crew finally set off for their expedition, turning off all the electronics with the remote before they left. "Don't we need a heading?" Charlie asked. "No, we still have the same heading," Korrow said. The crew began going down a hill, then to a forest. "What's in this forest Korrow?" Monstrid asked as he was on Luna's shoulders. "Dungeons, abandoned temples, possible other adventures," Korrow said. The crew made it to a swamp. "Ok, Crescent you will have to wait till we find you a path across due to your suit, the water will make it too hard to walk and you'll sink to the bottom," Korrow said. "And I'm not going, I like this outfit," Korrow said. "I'll do it, you pussies." Batzel said angrily "Yeah, you pussies." Derrek said. Derrek and Batzel swam over the river. Jago and Nightshade follow behind them. "We can push the log down or throw you down into the river." Derrek said to Batzel. "I vote for the log option," Batzel said. Batzel began shooting at the log. "What are you doing, you fucking idiot," Derrek said, confused. "Shooting the log," Batzel said. "No, you gotta actually move it ya dumbass," Derrek said. slightly angered. Derrek went over and punched the log, splitting it in half. As the log was falling, Derrek pushed Nightshade into the water, the log falling on her. Korrow and the crew walked over the log. "Wait, oh my maker, is Nightshade ok?" Charlie asked worriedly. "Who?" Korrow said. "Nightshade!" Carscod said, slightly angered. "Who's Nightshade?" Korrow asked, confused. "Oh my maker's name, she has been with us on this whole adventure." Korrow said. "Don't think so, I'm pretty sure I would know if I had someone named Nightshade living with us, and on our adventure." Korrow said. "Batzel, Luna, back me up here, c'mon," Charlie said frustrated. "Huh?" Batzel said, confused, not paying attention. "Who was in the river?" Luna asked. Batzel and Luna were giggling. Nightshade pushed the log off. "Yeah Charlie, I don't think someone named Nightshade lives with us," she said. "Alrighty let's continue our expedition," Korrow said giggling with a smile. The crew began walking again. They soon hit a snow biome on the island. "Wow, does Santa live here?" Monstrid asked happily on Korrow's shoulders. "Hahaha, no he doesn't, he lives in the North Pole, you nugget head." Korrow said happily. "So what and all is here?" Charlie pondered. "Well here's the thing we don't know, the ice and snow hasn't thawed yet." Korrow answered. "In the sky!." Charlie yelled. "The hell is in the sky?" Guero asked looking up. "Huh?" Korrow said, looking up as well. "There's a person in the sky!" Guero yelled. "Where?" Korrow said, confused. "Up there, are you fucking blind?" Guero asked angrily. "I have the eyesight of an old man," Korrow responded. "Then get glasses!." Charlie answered. "No one can get them, we can't just steal nor make them," Korrow responded snarkily. "Um, guys she's getting CLOSER!." Nightshade panicked. The girl began getting closer and closer to the snow, gaining altitude rapidly. Monstrid got off Luna's shoulder, "Wait, I think she's unconscious!" Charlie. "Well don't just stand there, someone fucking catch her!." Jago blurted out. Luna and Crescent both rushed to grab the girl but rammed into each other causing both of them to fall. The girl then fell headfirst into the snow. "Oh my stars, it's a kid!." Korrow yelled. The crew ran over to the kid. Korrow turned the girl around to be face up. The girl was around 10 years old. She had short black hair covering her forehead, a white shirt, grey pants, and no shoes ."Use your magic Korrow!" Charlie blurted out frantically. "I am, I am.!" Korrow said in distress. "Seems rather she can fly or she traveled through realms," Guero said. Meanwhile during all the commotion a pale white severed hand with blood still ripe where the rest of the arm would be crawled away into the snowy forest away from the crew. "Ok, ok, she's breathing." Korrow said, still having slight woe in his voice. "Luna, can you please carry her for me please?" Korrow asked with so much worry in his voice. "Y-y yeah, I can," Luna said, still completely confused and shocked by what just happened. Luna picked up the girl. "Ok, we should probably rest up, there is another part of the island that has buildings and a population up west." Korrow noted. "Another town?" Charlie inquired. "Yes, Mountainville." Korrow responded. Korrow and the crew soon hit the town. The town had barely any magic, all they had was candle lights. The Crew was looking around them. The city was in ruins and on the brink of it collapsing like dominos almost. "Here, there is a hotel." Korrow said. "Bed and Die?" Luna said confused. "Eh, don't worry about it," Korrow replied in a smooth manner. "I'm gonna worry about it." Charlie responded in a concerned tone. The crew then walked into the hotel. A vampire got up behind the counter. The vampire had red eyes with black eyelids, 2 small horns, 3 hair floofs, but an almost always sad facial expression, a shirt with 2 black buttons with one purple one in the middle, a black bow tie with red sleeves a black cape, red pants but there is grey in the middle of the pants, and red, blue, and white-colored shoes. "Oh, hi, I di- didn't see you there, gosh I've not had business here for ages." the vampire said in a happy but nervous manner. 'Hello there, can we please have?" "How many is there of us are there?" Korrow said, then turned around to count. "13 of us." Korrow said, then turning back around. "Aye, may we please have 6 rooms please?" Korrow said with a happy mannerism with a smile on his face. "Oh yes indeedy, I'll get that right for you, Mr?" the hotel host responded. "Korrow." "Thank you, Mr. Korrow." "And here are your keys, your rooms are numbers 012, 017, 011, 010, 008, 013, 021." "Thank you, ok you guys are going to share a room with one another savvy, ok, so Luna and Crescent will have room 012, Charlie you will take care of the injured girl and share room 011, Batzel and Jago will have room 010, Killer and Carscod will have room 013, Luna and Nightshade will have room 008, and Monstrid and Guero will have room 021.' Korrow explained then gave the keys to each one of the pairs. "What about you Korrow?" Charlie asked snarky. 'Yeah, who are you gonna share a room with?" Guero asked with suspicion. "I'm having a room with me and Naval, he doesn't need his own room, anyways let's go." Korrow responded, hiding his nervousness. Korrow and the crew stared heading up the stairs. But Crescent caught something with his eye. Batzel had a pistol aimed for Korrow's head. Batzel noticed Crescent and put away the gun and they all went to their rooms. Korrow did the magic spell to turn Naval human again. "Korrow, what if someone walks in?" Naval said worried. "It's fine I locked the door," Korrow said, trying to reassure Naval. "I hate that I can't just be me around them." Naval said while gripping his wrist. Korrow put his hand on his cheek. "Hey, you know we can't let her know, not yet." Korrow said. Naval stared to blush due to Korrow's hand touching his face. "Sorry, Sorry, I should have asked if you were ok with that!." Korrow said nervously while sweating. "No, no it's fine, it just caught me off guard is all." Naval comforting Korrow. Korrow looked away to his right, slightly tearing up. "I hate myself so much." Korrow said in a depressed tone. Naval put his hand up to Korrow's cheek. "Hey, I don't want you to ever say that, don't hate yourself, you're an amazing person, Kota." Naval said in a calm comforting voice to Korrow. "Doesn't feel like it, everything I do, I do it wrong." Korrow began to almost cry. 'Hey, hey listen look at what all the amazing stuff you did, you gave all the kids homes, you're going on adventures with them, you helped found Mosterpelagos, you helped me not be a bird for the rest of my life." Naval said calmly trying to cheer up Korrow. "Plus you were cute the whole time you did it." Naval whispered. "Cruz~." Korrow moaned flirtatiously. Naval and Korrow got closer to each other's faces. "You know Cruz, It's kinda hot you having me almost pinned to the bed with your hand on my cheek, I think we could see how good this bed really is, maybe put up some music and some candlelights." Korrow said in a flirty tone. 'Korrow~." Naval painted. They drew closer to one's face. Someone knocked at the door. Korrow quickly did a magic spell to turn Naval back into a bird. Korrow then unlocked the door and opened it. "What Charlie?" Korrow asked in slight annoyance with Naval on his shoulder. "You need to go see the girl." Charlie urged. Korrow went, still in annoyance. Charlie and Korrow walked into the room. Korrow walked over to her. "What about her?' Korrow asked, annoyed. "Move her hair that's covering her forehead, I saw it when I laid her in her bed then her hair swooped over, I swept it back but still think you should see, nobody would believe me if I told them." Charlie explained. Korrow moved the hair covering her left eye to reveal that her forehead had a hieroglyphic etched into her forehead and eye. "Oh, my maker." Korrow said. "Is it healable?" Charlie asked worriedly. Korrow tried to heal the socket. "I don't think so, It looks like the injury has been there for a while, a couple of years probably, it also looks like it was caused by another form of magic, a magic I never thought I would see again, I can't heal it, not this type of wound.." Korrow. Meanwhile in Luna and Crescent's room. Crescent flopped down onto the bed. "I can't believe we can see each other again, how long has it been?" Crescent said, turning his head to see Luna in the bed across from him on the other side of the room. "How long has it been, it's like a whole part of my life is just gone?" Crescent noted. "Yeah..." Luna said, then turning her head to the ground Crescent got up from the bed. "Hey, are you ok?" Crescent inquired concernedly. "I guess so, it's just" Luna got up from the bed. "Does it ever bother you, if that missing piece is an important piece?" Luna explained. "Well we can find those missing pieces, I'm here for you Luna always." Crescent replied. "But it is weird for me to be a knight." Crescent admitted. "Yeah." Luna responded. "What do you mean you can't heal her?" Charlie hollered Luna and Crescent overheard. "Not every injury can be healed, Charlie." Korrow said. Luna and Crescent poked their heads behind the door to hear more. "What's happening?" Crescent asked. "Sounds like someone had an injury." Luna replied. "You go see what's happening, I don't do good with blood." Luna told Crescent, slipping back his head back into the room. Crescent walked down the hallway. "What happened?" Crescent asked. "The girl is missing one of her eyes and has a symbol on her forehead!." Charlie boasted. "Oh my god, really?" Luna went over in a worried, cautious movement. Luna moved the hair. "Oh my god... she actually does." Crescent said, shocked, not wanting to believe it. "So it's not healable from what I overhead?" Crescent asked. "No, the injury is years old, and I don't know what, or how she got the injury." Korrow responded. "I'm going outside." Crescent said in a slightly depressed tone. "Don't stay out there for too long and bring back a new pal." Korrow said with a chuckle. "Well I'm going to bed, come along Naval." Korrow said, then walked away. Charlie then decided to go to bed. Crescent was walking down the staircase. The hotel owner noticed. "Oh, hi there." The hotel owner said nicely. "Oh hi, whatever your name is." Crescent said. "Joey, my knight friend." Joey said. "Crescent or Chris, either work, nice to meet you, I feel like I've met you before." Crescent announced. Guero walked down the stairs. "Alright, who's having a conversation loudly?" Guero asked. "That would be me and my friend Joey." Crescent responded. "Also why the is there candles for lighting?" Guero asked politely. "Well we can't use magic, and the island runs on magic so we had to resort to candlelight, and everything else is done by hand, like the olden times." Joey gleefully with a smile. "Oh, I know the danger of magic, don't worry I'll protect you in the dark." Guero said feeling like a hero. "It's fine everyone has different opinions, everyone does," Joey said. "Well, I can help with your magic problem." Guero said. PLEASE DON'T USE MAGIC." Joey said with great woe. "Why can't you use magic?" Crescent asked, worried. Joey grabbed the receptionist's table. "Because of, them." Joey said, still filled with great worry. "I have to go, sorry." Joey said walking to the back. "I wonder what's back there?" Crescent said. "No, I can't snoop in my friend's hotel, it's private for a reason." "I need my fresh air" Crescent walked outside. He then went to an alleyway filled with graffiti of demon-looking creatures, the word "Satan", and 2 red eyes. "These eyes, are those the same ones that saved me from that caped person?" Crescent asked himself out loud. "What person?" Guero asked, "Well, you'll never find out." Batzel pointed a gun at Crescent and Guero. "You've seen too much, Chris." "Batzel you were gonna kill Korrow, that's not ok" Guero looked up at Crescent. "What?" Guero said shocked. "It's not like that, just let me explain!" "You bastard!" Guero said, pulling out his sword. Crescent took the swordand then walked towards Batzel. Crescent then stabbed the sword into Batzel's chest, blood coming out of Batzel's mouth. "I-" Batzel couldn't let out another word. A storm started to brew causing rain. Crescent yanked his sword out of Batzel, blood gushing everywhere. Batzel's body fell to the ground, his body then slowly evaporating. Crescent just looked at the disintegrating body, then looked at the bloody sword. Crescent started to cry, his eyes turning yellow and his arstartingrted to shine, he turned back towards Guero. Guero was standing there in shock. "Why thank you, you just helped us with a kill." A man said to Crescent. Crescent looked down the alleyway, his eyes going back to normal and his armor stopped shining. Standing in front of Crescent were two figures. "Who are you?" Crescent asked, confused. "Ah, yes Crescent I know you, you don't know me, I am Dead Vengeance and this is my protege Phoeno, we are vengeance riders, we get tasked from Satan himself to kill whoever he wants in return he keeps our flame a burn, keeping us alive." Vengeance put his hand out to Crescent. "Hey, I think I know you." Guero said happily. "Oh no dear boy you don't." Vengeance stated, with a chuckle. Vengeance had on a black leather jack on, black jeans with two chain spikes hooked onto his pocket, he had black cowboy boots on with spiked heels, black gloves on with pointy fingers, short black spiky hair, with a side shave, and a literal fire in his eyes, Phoeno had on a black leather jacket with a phoenix at the back, black pants, black boots with flames, and red long hair with orange tips. Crescent shook Vengeance's hands. "Crescent but you somehow already knew that." Crescent said happy, "And this is my brother?" "I guess, our family is odd, Guero." "Eh, don't worry about it, everyone is weird on Monsterpelagos." Vengeance responded. His fire eyes flamed up and then went back down. "We got 2 more contracts." Vengeance said. "C'mon you little fire starter." Vengeance rubbed Phoeno's head. They turned around and Vengeance pulled 2 scroll-looking papers out of his pocket out of nowhere. He opened the contracts. "Jago Dragao Kur and Nightshade Adam Iral." Vengeance announced as their targets. "Wait, I know them, you can't kill them, they didn't do anything wrong!" Crescent yelped. Jago was on top of the hotel building next to them. Vengeance pulled out his gun and shot Jago in the head without even looking. Guero was startled and stepped back, tears formed in his eyes and he ran inside. Crescent ran for him. Jago's body started to evaporate then started to fall off of the hotel roof then into a dumpster. Vengeance then looked at his contract and Jago's name just vanished. "Alright, I want you to go get the other one, Phoeno." Vengeance said in a happy-go-lucky voice. "Aight, bet" Phoeno responded in a chipper voice. "What about the boyios back there? He was weird, both of them, I mean I know we are weird but a knight? And someone who knew us?" Phoeno inquired. "Eh, don't worry 'bout them." Vengeance said. "You'll run into them again." Vengeance said. "Me, what about you?" Phoeno inquired with a slightly worried voice. "We will both see them again, yes, just go get our target." Vengeance said. Vengeance's eyes had a flare and looked in the hotel, all he saw was little orbs, little souls. His eyes went back to normal. "She is cooking food in the kitchen, be quiet." Vengeance informed. Phoeno walked through the front doors. Joey bent back up putting a box behind the receptionist counter. "Oh hi miss, welcome to Bed and Die, don't mind the name, I didn't name it, may I help you-." Joey cut off his sentence and was worried like The Devil himself was standing before him. Joey came around the counter and got onto his knees onto the floor and put his hands together and put them in front of his head. "Oh please, please I haven't done anything bad, I don't deserve this, please!" Joey pleaded. "I'm not here to kill you, I'm here to visit." Phoeno told Joey. Phoeno walked into the kitchen, Nightshade was cooking something in a pot over the stovetop. "I gotta be quiet." Phoeno thought to herself. Phoeno tip-toed behind Nightshade. Phoeno dunked Nightshade's face into the boiling water, muffling her screams. "I need to get out of here before anyone finds out." Phoeno thought to herself. Phoeno opened the nearest window and jumped out of it and grouped back up with Vengeance. Crescent ran up to Guero's room and opened the door. "Guero?" Crescent said worried. Guero had a pillow in his face, crying into it. Monstrid at the edge of the bed, worried. Crescent walked over towards him and sat down. "Hey." "Go away, I'm a failure." Guero said. "What no you're not." Crescent said. "Yes I am!" "What kind of god am I supposed to be if I can't protect the ones I love?" "Well Jago and Batzel were doing wrong." "But what about you?" "I should have stook up towards Batzel!" "And when those fiery people came in, I froze I ran!" "But I'm ok." "Isn't that what matters?" Guero wiped his eyes. Crescent put out his arms. "I know you try to act all tough but you might be a soft god." Guero latched onto Crescent giving him a hug. "I love you bro." "I love you too Guero." Monstrid climbed up onto the bed. "Oh you want one too?" Guero picked up Monstrid and hugged him. Monstrid let out a laugh. Crescent got up and walked out. "Hey, Crescent." "Yeah?" "Thank You." "Hah, you're welcome."
The Next Day
Korrow and the crew were in the kitchen eating. "Where's Nightshade, Batzel, and Jago?" Charlie pondered to the crew. Joey walked into the kitchen. "I take it, you would like to know." Joey said in a depressed mood. "What did you do!" "Murder them?" Charlie yelled at Joey. "I didn't have an attachment to them, but they still didn't deserve to be murdered." Charlie said, still pissed. "I didn't murder anyone, never have, never will, the reason....., the reason it's called bed and die is that every night when everyone goes to bed, not everyone wakes up." Joey explained sadly about the fact. "You see there are these people called vengeance riders or soul reapers who do the devil's orders, those orders being killing who is unredeemable and the wickedly evil, now these people themselves are good people, they can see if someone deserves to die, they can see their selfless and selfishness but they still have an expiration date at the end like us, like all of us, they pass down their knowledge to someone they love or they get forgotten about." Joey explained. "So that means that Nightshade, Jago, and Batzel were evil?" Nightshade said, confused. "Yes, Ms." Joey responded. "Hm, well we best be off." Korrow said, getting up from his seat. Ok, welp gang, crew, whatever." Korrow said. "But first we should clean our dishes." Korrow insinuated. The crew began walking out of the front doors. "Bye, thank you for cleaning." Joey said happily. "You're welcome!." Korrow said happily looking back at Joey. Korrow and the crew with Luna carrying the girl on her shoulders again began walking until they hit a small forest near a mountain with a cave behind them. "Hell's mountain." Korrow said, looking up at the mountain. The crew began walking till Korrow suddenly stopped, Guero hitting Korrow's back. Korrow put his arm behind the crew. "Why are we stopping?" Guero asked. Korrow turned around. "The Heat." Korrow said in a monotone yet worried voice. "Yeah, the heat, it is hot." Guero added. Two red eyes appeared from inside the cave. "What the fuck is that." Guero said scared while falling over, Korrow helping him up along with the other crew. A figure stepped out of the cave. The Figure had on a red shirt with a black jacket, black pants, and black boots and was holding a scythe using it as a cane "Hello Sparrow," The Figure said in a calm soft voice. The Figure looks over at the crew and back at Korrow. "I've seen you two have been busy," then directing their eyesight towards Naval, "But not that type of busy huh Korrow?" The Figure said, looking back at Korrow. "Two of us?" Luna said, confused. "Um, that's worrying, all of us minus Korrow are minors." Luna said. "Oh, Luna Luna you'll see who I'm talking about eventually." The Figure said. "Now, give me the key." The Figure said putting their hand out with a more serious tone in their voice after they said now. "Ok, ok we'll give you the key." Charlie said, panicking. Charlie went to grab the key from Korrow, but Korrow moved his hand with the key in his hand away from Charlie and put his other hand on Charlie's face pushing Charlie away. "No." Korrow simply responded. "What?" Charlie said in a scared angry tone looking back up at Korrow. "I said what I said." Korrow said snarky. "She's gonna kill us!" Charlie said woefully angry. "I don't care!" Korrow said, still snarky. "Maybe we can come to some sort of agreement here." Luna worriedly said, putting down the girl and then pointed one hand at The Figure and the other at the crew. "Oh, you never can get what you want by taking the merciful path." The Figure said. The Figure then tapped their scythe on the ground with force making it go up in the air slightly, then grabbed it in the air with both hands. The Figure then sliced Charlie's hand. Charlie then let out a screech. The crew then tensed up in a battle-ready stance, Korrow then quickly grabbed his holster, yellow magic surrounded it and then a sword hilt appeared, at the top of the sword holster, Korrow then drew his sword. The crew then ran towards The Figure. Charlie tried to punch them, The Figure countered slicing his fingers but not clean off. Korrow's sword clashed with The Figure's scythe. The Figure then swept Korrow's legs then kicked him away. Guero's silver arrow also clashed with The Figure's scythe. The Figure then grabbed Guero and threw him behind them. The Figure then turned around to Crescent, who punched them in the face. The Figure then got an angry face. "Sorry." Crescent apologized. The Figure then kicked Crescent into Luna, which then made Luna and Crescent hit a rock behind them. Monstrid and Nile were hiding behind that rock. Crescent and Luna got up. "Stay here." Luna whispered to the kids. Guero then charged at The Figure with a knife in hand, Guero shrieking. The Figure grabbed Guero's off hand and her scythe laid on Guero's other hand. Guero's arm was on The Figure's shoulder. The Figure then pulled down with barely any constraint on their scythe breaking Guero's hand, dropping his knife. The Figure then pulled Guero towards them, The Figure then turned and kicked Guero right into the stomach. Guero got up holding his now broken hand. Guero started to cry "No, I gotta stay strong, they need me." Guero said. Charlie snuck up behind The Figure. The Figure then punched Charlie in the face with the back of their hand. The Figure then turned around and quickly sped towards Korrow stabbing him in the stomach and withdrawing the scythe. Korrow stubbled back into a tree behind him. Guero then stabbed The Figure in the shoulder, Naval then started to peck at The Figure's hair, making them drop their scythe, they started to swat at their hair. The Figure then grabbed Naval, and kicked Guero. The Figure's left arm suddenly got shot. The Figure let go of Naval and grabbed the gunshot wound and let out a demonic screech. The Figure pulled out the bullet, they let out a screech, and dropped the bullet as if the bullet was burning them. "Holy bullets." The Figure said ticked off. The Figure picked up their scythe, to see Vengeance and Phoeno come out of the trees. Phoeno then shot at The Figure's other arm. The Figure's arm started to slightly melt. The Figure let out a demonic screech. Vengeance then shot them in the head and then the jaw. They then stumbled back, their jaw began to melt, they let out another demonic screech. The Figure looked behind them, behind them was nothing but rocky spikes behind them next to the ocean. "But you can also never win with violence." The Figure said. The Figure then free-fell into the spikes below here. Everyone ran over towards the edge. They all looked around but no signs of The Figure anywhere. Vengeance's eyes brightened again, activating his soul search. "They're not here." Vengeance said worried. "Did she teleport?" Phoeno asked in woe. "No, there is no magic energy left, every magic has residue magic, also they aren't a she." Vengeance said. Korrow was still up next to the tree. Luna turned around to see Korrow bleeding "Oh my stars!" Luna said scared. Luna ran over to him and grabbed his arm. "Oh my Hades, are you ok?" Luna said. "I'm fine, I'm fine." Korrow said, stuttering. Korrow hovered his hand over the wound, green magic went to the wound healing it. Korrow and the crew looked back up towards the mountain. "Vengeance, I want you to take the children back to the hotel." Korrow said. "That includes you Guero." Korrow said in a stern tone. "No, I've come all this way, I want to know what we are here for." Guero said. "Your arm is broken." Korrow said in a stern tone. Guero picked up his knife in his other hand. "But I need to protect you." Guero said tears were forming. Korrow let out a sigh. "What am I going to do with you?" "So who am I taking back to the hotel?" Vengeance asked. "The girl and Monstrid." Korrow said. Pointing at the girl who was back on Luna's shoulder, her eyes open now. Vengeance went over and tried to pick up the girl but her grip on Luna tightened. The girl let out a whimper of fear. "Hey, hey it's ok he's gonna take care of you." Luna said, looking back at her. The girl loosened her grip. Vengeance picked up the girl. "C'mon Phoeno let's go." Vengeance said. Vengeance and Phoeno began walking towards Vengeance's motorcycle that was at the end of the forest while the crew was still healing. "You know she kinda looked like you when you were a child." Vengeance said in a nostalgic mood. "Her soul is as pure as yours was." Vengeance said. Phoeno stared tearing up. "Phoeno, honey what's wrong?" Vengeance said worried putting his hand on her cheek. The girl's eyes widened at the sight of Phoeno crying, Monstrid holding on to Veng's leg. "It's just, seeing this girl made me remember all the torture my dad put me through and made me remember what happened to my mother." Phoeno responded in a depressed state. "Hey, hey listen, that's why I'm here to protect you know, to guard you, to love you, to be here for you." Vengeance said, wiping away Phoeno's fiery tears. The girl put out her arms to Phoeno. "Huh?" "You want to go to me?" Phoeno asked, confused. The girl shook her head yes. Phoeno then took The girl into her arms and got a hug from the girl. "Nil - Nil - Nile." The girl muttered. "Nile?" Phoeno said, pondering why she said that. "Is that your name?" Phoeno asked in a slightly cheered-up mood. The girl shook her head yes. "I don't think they should ride a motorcycle, Veng." Phoeno said. "You're probably right." Vengeance said. Veng pulled out his motorcycle keys and pressed a button. His motorcycle then transformed into a convertible. Phoeno, Veng, Nile, and Monstrid began driving back to the hotel. "Ok, I think we're all healed up, minus Guero's hand." Korrow, let out a sad sigh. "Can you please just go back with them?" Korrow asked. "As I said no, plus they're already gone." Guero responded sternly. "Why couldn't you just heal, Guero's arm?" Charlie asked. "I can heal, but not fully repair bones, my magic heals wounds, not internal damage." "Alright then." Korrow looked up at the mountain. Korrow and them climbed up a path that led to the mountain. There were two red doors with vines and a gold emblem that looked like gates on them. Korrow then looked beside him to the crew. "Y'all ready?" Korrow asked excitedly. "Yeah." Charlie said also excited. "Sure." Luna responded in a happy voice. "Heck yeah." Crescent also responded happily. Korrow took out the key and unlocked the door. The door slowly but loudly creaked open, to torches lighting up to reveal a staircase. Then a loud thud, thud, thud, thud, thud, thud was heard. A tall red man with a sharp red tail darker than his skin, red horns darker than his skin, and red hair and beard darker than his skin, holding a pitchfork was walking up the staircase till he hit the top. "You didn't tell us we were dealing with what I can assume is Satan!." Charlie yelled. "How interesting that some teens and a mortal opened up Hell's Gates." Satan announced. The sky turned red and pitch black clouds rolled in and lightning and thunder hit. Phoeno and Vengeance saw the storm coming in. "What is that?" Joey asked worriedly. Townsfolk all coming out of buildings mumbling to one another, except for one a woman who had a brown hat, black shirt, red and a black corset, and white pants, and brown boots with long red hair. She began running towards the incoming danger. "It's a pentastorm." Vengeance said scared about the incoming storm. Jack teleported to them. "What did I tell you?" Jack asked, pissed. "You said not to use the key." Korrow said in a formal tone. "And what did you do?" Jack asked, pissed. "We used the damn bloody key." Korrow said, still in a formal but happier tone. "What's your point?" "What's my point?" Jack yelled. "Well in our defense, you didn't tell us what was in it." "Hello Son." Satan announced to Jack raising his pitchfork. Korrow and the crew pulled out their weapons and Jack summoned his scythe. "Allow me to thank you with a welcoming party." Satan announced. Batches of demons crawled and flew out of Hell. Satan then struck his pitchfork at Korrow. Naval cawed to alert the crew. "Get down!." Charlie and Luna said in unison, pushing Korrow down. Crescent dashed away from the strike. Jack stabbed Satan's rib with his scythe Satan let out a shriek. Satan then swiped his pitchfork towards Jack. Jack jumped up to dodge the pitchfork. Korrow spinned his staff in a circle, a yellow ring appeared while the staff was spinning a magical yellow energy blast hit Satan. Satan turned around, Luna ran towards Satan and kicked at him but fell down. Satan tried to stomp in at Luna's head but Luna rolled away. The stomp was so impactful it cracked the ground leaving a small crater. Crescent jumped onto Satan's neck, choking him. Satan started to cough. Satan tried to grab Crescent off of his neck but was failing. Satan then pushed back into the left part of the mountain, causing Crescent to let go. Guero was frozen, looking around not knowing what to do. He ran inside of the mountain. Satan ran towards Korrow and swung his pitchfork at him, Korrow ducked and rolled away. Satan stomped the ground out of rage. Satan turned back around to see Charlie running towards him. Satan quickly kicked Korrow in his stomach. Carscod tried to punch Satan in the face. Satan grabbed Carscod's head and bashed it against the right part of the mountain. Satan then stomped in both of Carscod's hands. Crescent drew out his flintlock pistols. "I forgot I had these." Crescent said. Crescent fired at Satan's back making him arch his back in and let out a growl. Satan then turned around and started to walk towards Crescent. Crescent tried to shoot Satan again but his guns misfired and wouldn't shoot. Crescent threw one of his guns at Satan's chest. Crescent then aimed for Satan's head and threw the gun at his head causing the gun to go off the edge. The hit did cause Satan to stubble back a little. Vengeance and Phoeno ran up towards the mountain. "Ah, yes finally some backup, help me with these nuisances." Satan announced. "No." Vengeance said in a calm yet serious tone. His eyes flared up and shot at Satan's shoulder. Satan let out a groan. "Hahaha mutiny, you think the holy bullets I gave you will hurt me?" Satan announced. Phoeno quickly pulled out her gun and shot Satan in the head. Crescent then rammed his sword through Satan's stomach. Satan let out a shriek. Korrow then ran up and stabbed Satan in the side. Jack then stabbed Satan's other side with his scythe. Guero ran back out, stabbing Satan with his knife. "You dare?." Satan announced. Satan pulled Crescents' sword out of him and stabbed Crescent in the chest. Satan then pulled out Guero's knife out of him. Guero pulled out his bow and shot Satan in the eye. Satan let out a yell. "He's vulnerable!." Guero yelled. Everyone started to run towards him. Satan slowly got up bleeding from his eye blood all over him. He left out a yell. Satan pulled out Korrow's sword. Korrow did a circular motion with his hand and turned his sword back into a staff. Naval flew onto the staff and his eyes glow yellow, a flSmoke of magic energy blinded Satan temporarily. Korrow then quickly grabbed his staff. Satan then turned around and was getting ready to kick Crescent's head in. Guero then bit Satan's arm. Satan let out another yell. He pulled out Luna's sword. "Enough of this!." Satan announced. Satan then stabbed Luna's arm with his pitchfork and dangled her over the edge. "Give me the key!." Satan announced. "Ok, ok, I will." Korrow said scared. Korrow laid the key on the ground. "Further!." Satan yelled, shaking Luna. "Ok, ok." Korrow said, nervous. Korrow then picked up the key and put it closer to Satan then ran back to where he was. "Oh, you never can get what you want by taking the merciful path." Satan announced. Satan then summoned his pitchfork, Luna let out a yell as she started to fall. Korrow's wings sprouted out and Korrow jumped headfirst for Luna. The Figure teleported to the mountain. Satan turned to look at her. "Father." The Figure said. "Lucy." Satan announced. "Father." Lucy stated. A lightning bolt hit the mountain causing the standing ground to get blown up. Satan, Lucy, and Jack teleported to avoid falling. But everyone else was falling. Korrow was still trying to catch up to Luna. Then he saw Charlie's unconscious body falling next to him. "Shit, I can't save everyone!." Korrow said in woe. Crescent was still awake, he then made it up to Luna. Crescent grabbed her, then magic energy formed around them. Then a new person was there with the features of both Luna and Crescent. "I gotcha!." The new person said. "Wait a damn minute what's happening?" The new person asked themselves. Guero's unconscious body started falling below them. "Guero!" The new person yelped. Thrusters ignited under their hands and feet. They quickly caught up with Guero and grabbed him and then saw Vengeance and grabbed him. They then turned around and looked and saw Korrow riding his staff with Charlie laying in his arms and Vengeance laying on the staff. They soon made it to the hotel where everyone soon gained consciousness. Vengeance and Phoeno drove off on Vengeance's motorcycle. Korrow and the crew soon flew home, with the new person hitting the wall of the house, Korrow falling along with the rest of the crew, then the person glowed and Luna and Crescent came out of that light. "Ow, my head," Chris said, holding his head. Luna got up, "What was that?" Luna asked excitedly. "Ah, yes fusion, one of life's greatest things, can't wait to see all of you do that. "Yeah." Luna said smiling. "Wait, can we all do that?" Monstrid said excited and surprised. Vengeance and Phoeno were driving towards Korrow's house with Phoeno holding on to Veng. "Ok, Phoeno, I'm sorry but this is your stop." Veng said sadly. "My stop, and why do you sound so sad?" Phoeno asked worriedly. "No, don't say it!." Phoeno said, tearing up. "Listen, I'm sorry my little firestarter, and hey when you see Satan again give him a shot for me will ya?" Vengeance told Phoeno in a calm voice, his tears being hidden from her due to his motorcycle helmet. They made it to Korrow's house. Phoeno got off the motorcycle. Vengeance looked to the upstairs window to see Korrow, Veng's eyes flared up and he looked directly at Korrow, his facial expression still being unseen. Veng then looked back at Phoeno, who had so many tear streaks on her cheeks. "Come here, my little firestarter." Veng said, putting his arms out. Phoeno ran towards Veng and hugged him. Veng then took off his helmet and grabbed one of Phoeno's hands, softly rubbing his firestarter in his hand. Veng handed Phoeno his helmet. He wiped away her tears and put his hand on her head. "It's up to you now, my little firestarter." Veng said, tearing up at his last time he could see her. "I love you, Dad." Phoeno whimpered. Veng's pink teary eyes widened. Phoeno began tearing up even more. "You were the dad I never had." Phoeno said sadly to see her new father. "That's why I call you my little firestarter, cuz you're the daughter I never had, I love you my Phoeno, my firestarter." Veng said to his firestarter one last time. Veng then drove off into the sunset till he faded away. Phoeno then went inside to see Nile lying on the couch with a teddy bear and a dog plushie with a blanket around her with a cup of hot tea. Korrow was on one knee to talk to Nile. "Is this ok?" Korrow asked in a soft voice. Nile nodded. "Don't worry I'll get you a room installed soon," Korrow said. Korrow got up and walked away. Nile started to talk to herself. "This place feels right, it feels like," "Home," Phoeno and Nile said in unison.
