Chapter 220 - The Power of a God

The golden ripples behind Gilgamesh launched a huge sword at great speed and with immense power, sweeping across the sky. Enormous gusts of wind knocked down houses and sent people flying. A massive aura flashed forcefully, capable of killing anything in its path. No one could resist the moment Gilgamesh unleashed 5% of his power, causing them to lie on the ground.

A sword cutting through the sky caused countless people to pale. The bright sun was eclipsed, creating a monotonous darkness. Under this sword, all kinds of natural disasters appeared simultaneously.

The blindfolded elder immediately lost his composure upon seeing this massive sword. Even if he had the power to fight gods, he couldn't stop this power unless protected by ancient gods.

"Protection!" As the sword descended towards him, the blindfolded demon elder summoned all his power to defend against the attack, extending his hands and shouting in horror.

Boom!

A loud explosion echoed as the sword descended from the sky. This impact made the entire Green Oak City exhausted, buildings collapsed, and everything shook.

"It's the end of the world!" Many people had that thought when witnessing such devastating power.

Boom!

The power, which had not fully descended, fell to the ground. Golden lights illuminated the sky.

This force unknown to everyone impacted, shaking them to their souls. No matter where they were, everyone trembled in fear witnessing this small display of strength.

"Only a God could block this impact. Even if it's a God, they couldn't stop this blow." Gilgamesh waved his hand, and two giant swords of the same size moved outward. "If you want to stand before me with that arrogance, be prepared to die."

Boom! Boom!

The golden ripples moved towards the sky, covered in a golden power. Although this attack was powerful, it was indifferent to someone like Gilgamesh. He could unleash thousands of attacks of the same style and not care at all about the surroundings.

Boom!

In a blink, power manifested in the sky. The swords exceeded the limit of believability, and three enormous swords descended with overwhelming power.

Without a doubt, this sword descended and cut through the entire world, annihilating all present who opposed Gilgamesh.

The blindfolded demon had lost his left hand; his body, which seemed distinct, flew with the help of his wings and gathered the power he had.

Boom!

Under this cut, not to mention the entire Green Oak City, even the nearby citadels trembled as if they were small boats amidst unstoppable tides, with their passengers in dismay.

After a loud burst, the swords split the earth, and dust rose into the skies.

The demon's body fell to the ground covered in wounds that would take his life within minutes, but Gilgamesh didn't stop, and small swords pierced his body numerous times.

"I won't lose...!" The demon wanted to resist more, but the swords that pierced him soon increased in number, and his energy along with his vision were fading.

Crack! Crack!

Two swords flew and suddenly pierced the demon's knees, causing him to kneel on the ground.

Everything happened in a simple instant. One sword easily knocked down the blindfolded demon; three more appeared, and then small swords pierced the elderly demon's body.

"Enough for today, just die." Gilgamesh waved his sword, and the demon's head split in half.

"You come here to insult my woman, seek fame, and what you'll get is death."

Roxy didn't have to move a muscle this time; she stood beside Eris and both watched what Gilgamesh wanted to do.

"If you kneel, God of the North, I'll spare you." Gilgamesh said, knowing the answer.

"In your dreams! If you're so powerful, then kill me, but I'll never surrender!" Aleksander shouted with a furrowed brow.

"Really?" Gilgamesh laughed and pressed with his foot.

Saying this, numerous chains surrounded Aleksander. These infamous chains had no restrictions, and their power even a God couldn't resist.

"My patience is running out..."
