Chapter 251 - He Never Left My Enemies Alive

Boom!

In an instant, no one could sense the passage of a second. A sound resembling the breaking of ceramics echoed as time seemed to halt for a second. Although this wasn't what actually happened, everyone had this perceptual illusion.

Once Gilgamesh could see the man who had invaded his mind and attempted to humiliate him in person, in a fraction of a second, his body filled with red tattoos, and he struck Hitogami with a powerful blow containing every gram of force he could exert.

By the time Orsted could see Gilgamesh again, he was already grabbing Hitogami by the neck, while the chains of heaven shone brightly in this blank space.

Suddenly, the world fell silent, and the wide-open eyes of Orsted, who was blinded by fury, relaxed.

"If you don't move, I'll end up killing that God for you..."

Orsted snapped back to his senses, and a battle aura that crushed space in this place exploded. He looked around, and after seeing how the Human God was thrown in his direction, he struck.

Crack!

With a single blow, Orsted was able to break space and pierce the chest of the Human God! With the seals released, he could exert all his strength, and not even the Human God could have absolute control of the situation.

"Don't you want to talk a bit?" The Human God was nervous. He could never prevent this situation because he couldn't see the future of the two people in front of him.

''This is too much... You know that if I die, the human world will be destroyed...'' Hitogami paled at such power. In this fraction of a second, he thought of many things and shuddered in fear knowing that these beings intended to kill him.

"Not if I take your place as the new Human God, just as you did with the previous one. Do you think we can't do it?"

"That's impossible!"

Gilgamesh smiled satisfied at the pale-faced Young Noble and said, "Nothing is impossible; everything will eventually come to an end, and new plants will bloom."

''No, no, this is impossible. You can't break the balance that way without expecting everything to collapse!" Hitogami didn't want to die. He had done so many things to maintain his power that he didn't want to disappear.

"Unfortunately for you, you took too long to react, and there's nowhere you can escape. Even the gods will be suppressed by the chains of heaven; there's nowhere to run." Gilgamesh smiled as enormous golden chains, his best friend's weapon, shone with a terrifying light that flooded the entire white dimension.

He had thought of many ways to become a God in this world, and the only way was to kill Hitogami and contain the destruction of the world with all his power.

At that moment, he had reflected on how to contain it and tried numerous methods. He used the supreme secret laws of deities and magic levels to become much more powerful than he had ever been. He even let his wives simulate containment with magic, and it was indeed a success. With the power Gilgamesh now had, it was impossible not to prevent the destruction of the human world.

Many could simulate what he was about to do; the idea seemed to be straightforward, but it was practically impossible for anyone other than him.

Walking in front of Hitogami, Gilgamesh released his killing intent, and a pressure he had never released before pressed on the Human God.

"I challenged the gods in my world as a human. What makes you think you're superior to them?"

"You, you can't kill me... All your loved ones will die!" Hitogami felt fear; he didn't want to die after all.

"I'll just be a spectator; someone else will kill you..." When Gilgamesh said this, the chains of heaven enveloped Hitogami's body and prevented him from moving.

Orsted, who held a powerful sword, looked at Gilgamesh and asked, "Are you sure?"

"I'll take his place; there will be no destruction in the human world, but you have to get out of here as soon as possible..." Gilgamesh said as he looked around, which seemed to be collapsing.

"Then I'll kill him..."

Orsted swung his sword, which shone with an unimaginable aura.

With a loud explosion that caused space to tremble and all the most powerful beings to lose their brilliance, an old bell rang, and at that moment, Hitogami, who had been sealed from all magic, felt his body fracturing.

At that moment, Hitogami had died so easily that everything seemed unreal.

"Now get out of here; I'll take care of everything." Gilgamesh didn't look at Orsted even once as he walked towards the back of the white space.

Shining in a golden aura, Gilgamesh sighed and murmured: "In the eternity of time, our souls will intertwine again in the fabric of destiny. My love endures beyond this life; let us await the reunion in the eternal embrace of time."
