Many students could be seen inside the Royal School doing hard body exercises. They were all young, but each one of them had a well-developed body.
These were Prana class students. They all had Vadh-type Prana and were practicing so that they could build their bodies.
After exercising, they started performing strange fluid movements with their body and breath working in a rhythm.
Some were still struggling, but most could do it properly; only a few could perform these movements efficiently.
This exercise helped them learn how to use Prana properly when in the middle of a fight.
A muscular demon with dark skin and white horns watched everything carefully; he was keeping an eye on the progress of all the students.
After his suggestion, all the students came to his class wearing combat dresses resembling karate dresses.
A smile appeared on his face when he noticed that everyone had made a lot of progress. He waited for them to relax.
They had been training for some time. After the rest period was over, he stood at the front and addressed the crowd.
"Students, you have all learned about the basics, and I have also taught you a technique to attack your opponents, but there is one problem that you all must have noticed."
Students focused on what he was saying; they were also thinking about what he was talking about.
"I am talking about the movement speed. For Vadh users like us, we depend on close combat to deal damage."
"However, most opponents would not allow you to approach them. So it is essential to have the movement speed to approach your opponent."
Many nodded their heads, agreeing with them; they had also noticed this problem. No one dared to fiddle with them in closer range; they attacked them from afar and maintained their distance.
It was a struggle even to get close to the opponent. The damage dealt by ranged damage dealers was enough to injure them critically.
They were sitting ducks; many of them had struggled to win against their opponents. Fighting was so common in the school that each one of them had fought against at least one opponent.
"Today, I will teach you a movement technique." Announced the teacher.
"Yay!" students cheered, excited to learn a new technique.
"This technique is also a basic technique, but similar to Meteor Punch, how strong it is will depend on the user."
"Similar to Meteor Punch, this technique could also be used in different ways to create a different version. This will all depend on you and your mastery of it."
"Let me first show you how to use it," said the teacher.
He stood in an unusual stance, with his legs open wide and a little bent and his hand in a weird pose, as if he were trying to maintain his balance.
With a small breath, he circulated Prana. He first enhanced his feet before Prana started condensing on his left foot.
Students used Prana Sense to sense every slight movement of Prana.
Prana concentrated below his feet in the form of a small orb. It kept expanding like a balloon before stopping.
"Pay attention," said the teacher as he exhaled.
'Bang!' With a small explosion, his body was pushed to the right, and he appeared five meters away.
"See, this is how it is done. This technique is called 'Rook's Glide.'"
"It is based on the rook piece in chess. Similar to Rook, you can move in four directions using it in a straight line."
"Woah!" Many students were impressed. It would be very helpful if it could be used to move in every direction.
"Don't get too excited. This is even harder than 'Meteor Fist' to master. If you don't use it properly, it will blast apart your legs."
This sent shivers down the spines of everyone; no one had thought it would be so dangerous. It might take months for even them to recover a lost limb; this could be disastrous.
"Don't make such faces; I am not going to teach you this technique in such a way that you get injured."
Students finally calmed down; this teacher had earned their trust in the previous classes.
"First, we will work on your leg muscles. Each one of you will focus on training your legs. You also need to use Prana to enhance your legs to make them stronger."
The training started. He made them all do leg exercises developed to make their legs stronger.
He also showed them how to use Prana to strengthen their legs. After this, it all depended on the students.
Surprisingly, each student tried their best and practiced daily; they could all strengthen their legs to the next level in just two weeks.
It was not because they were all punctual; it was the fear of losing their legs that made them serious.
The first phase of rigorous physical training, strengthening their leg muscles, was over.
Next was compressing the Prana in an orb shape; for this, he gave each student a bottle. They had to guide their Prana inside the bottle and compress it into its shape.
This was to increase their control and ability to shape their Prana; this step was crucial.
It was easier than the first phase, as each one of them had been training their prana control from the beginning. It took them some time to shape it, but it was still manageable.
The first phase was over, but the teacher advised the students not to stop training their legs. The stronger they are, the better.
It took a week more for students to pass this phase. Many have already passed it, but the teacher denied teaching them further.
He asked them to focus on these two phases and put in extra effort to improve. The more they train now, the better it will be when they learn the technique.
After the teacher was satisfied, he started teaching them the next phase. In this phase, they had to learn how to release the compressed aura in a controlled manner.
"The direction of propulsion is determined by the precise release of the aura blast," said the teacher, and the students started practicing it repeatedly.
This was something new for them, and he asked them to practice it by using a small orb of Prana energy.
They had to put their hands on the wall and used the power of the explosion of the orb to push their bodies back.
"Think of your orb as a ballon of Prana energy; you have to create a small explosion in it, but it should be controlled. You want to release the Prana in a controlled manner to gain burst speed."
After everyone had learned it, he asked them to practice this technique by themselves. It now depended on how fast they could master it.
The teacher encourages his students to practice diligently. They are required to glide across designated practice areas, aiming for straight lines. The teacher provides individual feedback, helping students refine their technique and correct their mistakes.
