Chapter 3 - Chapter 2: Bad Encounter

He woke up with his head aching like crazy. Wasted again. He's sick and tired of the feeling that feeling again. How did he got home last night he don't know, again.

Jackson tried to open his heavy eyes as he reach for the blazing alarm clock on the side of his bed. Why the hell did he got so drunk when he got a schedule the next day? And where the hell did his clothes go?

"That was amazing last night, Jackson."

He nearly jumped when the covers began to move and a woman appeared in front of his sight.

What the hell?! A stranger on his bed?!

"What the--? Who the fuck are you?!" he asked in disbelief.

He got wasted, alright. But he didn't remember hitting on someone last night. He tried to close his eyes for seconds trying to remember how a stranger landed on his bed. He can't even recall her name. His mind is a total blank.

"Ah, damn it...," he whispered.

"Seriously? After all we've done last night, you're asking me my name?!"

"Because I don't remember you. And I don't know why you landed here on my bed. If you don't believe me, then you can go straight out of the door. I need to get ready and I don't entertain strangers."

The girl quickly stood up with disgust written all over her face. She gathered all her clothes and face him furiously.

"You know what? They're right! You're a stupid jerk, Jackson!"

Jackson laughs hard. His shoulders shrugging with that hard laugh. "And you know what? I don't remember taking that off, either. The door is wide open. Please close it when you leave."

The girl was furious as she walked out of the room. He heard the door being slammed and he laughs again.

"What a great way to start the day," he muttered.

Jackson finally stood up and is still confused on how a stranger gets into his bed. He was just having a blast last night and not trying to hook up with someone. Although he wasn't surprise that would happen because girls are throwing themselves on him every single day.

Jackson Jung, the genius rockstar and a Kpop band main vocals and frontman, is one of the hottest man alive. He one of the famous lead vocalist in Kpop industry that every girl's swooning over and dreaming to be their boyfriend. Hot as hell and he knows it. He's rich and famous. He's on top of his game.

Having a personal assistant is a must for an artist. But in his case, he has a special PA that was hired by his mother. Jackson's mother is a sage, much clever and smarter than any living mothers out there with a famous son. She hired someone to do a special job aside from the company's PA. The job is to get him out of trouble, tail him for 24/7 and if circumstances happen and gets way out of hand, the special PA will clean up his mess. Sounds easy but way too messy.

Jackson, on the other hand, hates to be followed especially when work is over and he's out to have some fun. Nathan, his current special PA, is assigned to do the task. He has a special routine every morning. He shows up at 7 am and will lay out all his schedule for the day. He will drive him to work and he'll get out of his sight after that but in reality, he's still seeing him everywhere he goes. He's a human CCTV and Jackson hates the idea.

But that day is quite different. It's past 7 and Nathan is nowhere in sight. He's never been late and most of the time, he reports early for his call time. It felt a bit odd but Jackson dismiss the strange notion. He proceeds to the bathroom and took a quick shower. By then, he heard his phone rang and softly laughs seeing the person calling on the other line.

"Speaking of the sweet devil...," he smiled. "Eomma. What's up? It's been a long time."

"Why, you pesky brat! Why did you fire Nathan?!"

Jackson stopped wiping his hair and quickly scoffed. "Wait, what? Who fired who? And good morning to you too."

"Stop playing on me, Jackson! I'm dead serious right now."

"Relax, Eomma. I'm telling you the truth, I didn't fire Nathan. Besides, I don't have the authority to fire him, do I? He works for me but you're his boss. In fact, I'm waiting for him to arrive right now. I'm almost late for the band rehearsal today."

"Then why am I holding this resignation letter that states he's quitting because you're such a pain in the ass?! You little punk!"

Jackson finally laughs hard. "See? I didn't fire him. He wanted to be out. And I told you, I don't need a special assistant, Eomma. I hate it when someone's watching me the whole day. I'm not a criminal, I'm an artist. That's violating my personal space and life. And please, stop yelling."

"That's the reason why you need one! Because you're an artist, Jackson! And I can yell whenever I want because I'm your mother, you hard headed brute!"

"Well, thank you very much for the genes," he chuckled. "I need to hurry, Eomma. I'll call you later, I promise."

He ended the call and was joyous from what he had heard. Nathan's out. No one's gonna follow him around and watch him the whole day Iike he's such a creep. It's such a relief to live like a normal person once again.

"Felix, are you starting?" he asked while pulling his car out of the garage and quickly sped up.

"I'm here in the band room now. Aaron's already in the lift. Where are you?"

"On my way. Just caught in the red light. Sorry, I think I got a little wasted last night."

"Yeah, right. You were squandered last night. Can you make it in 10?"

"I can make it in 5."

"Nah. We can wait. Don't overspeed, Hyung."

Jackson quickly hung up just in time the lights turned green. He positioned his feet back on the gas and was ready to hit the road again when a thin, hurrying figure suddenly crossed his way. He was frantic but lucky enough to get good reflexes. He stepped on the break before he hits the girl. Jackson was caught off guard. Nearly a mishap for the first day of his much awaited freedom. Mother's knows best, really.

"You, dumbass! Are you trying to kill me?!"

Behind his tinted window, Jackson can see a woman in her work uniform shouting like a mad dog and banging his door. She is obviously pissed and her eyes are fiery, it's as if he can see the blaze slipping through her graded round shaped eyeglasses. She got big and unique eyes that grows even bigger when she starts to shout. It looks like glittering orbs flashing around the darkest part of space. She's so fun to watch getting too absorbed. But the attitude is so stinky for an ordinary girl.

Jackson was surprised the moment he regained his stance. He chuckled in disbelief when he realized he stared into someone for more than five seconds. That woman is cursing the hell out of him and yet, he was secretly looking on her features? Such a waste of time.

He cleared his throat and took the window half open, just enough for the lady to get a quick glance of his face.

"You don't cross on a green light, dumber," he replied with an equally sloppy face.

He don't want to be rude for he's going to be in the headline the next morning but the girl seems unaware of who she was talking to. First time in his entire career that a girl did not shrieked in excitement seeing him that inch close. And then, there's a pause. Jackson panicked when he realized she might got the idea of who he actually was. He pushed the button to shut the window close and when he's about to shut it all down, he heard another funny yet hardly insulting words being splat on his face once more.

"Asshole!" she sneered.

Jackson shook his head in disbelief. Him? The famous Jackson Jung? An asshole? Occasionally, yes. Because he have to be and he's not guilty being one. But hearing it from a complete stranger hits different. Maybe his mother is right after all. He's one hard headed, pain in the ass, pragmatic, narcissistic brat. That's why Nathan left without prior notice because he had enough.

But why the hell he would care? He's Jackson Jung. He's on top of the world. Nobody can stop him living the best life he definitely deserves.
