Selena explained what happened in the past six months that made it impossible for me to come into contact with her.
In the academy, though there are classes and professors that teach those classes, there is a scenario where you can become a personal disciple of a professor if they get interested in you.
Of course, that is not an easy thing and there are not many that became personal disciples.
There are many reasons for that.
A professor may take someone as their disciple if the student's profession and way of fighting is similar to theirs.
There are many professions that are very common. Professors with such professions wouldn't take personal disciples as that would just be a waste of time for both of them.
Only when the professions are not common ones or have higher grades, only then professors might show interest in taking someone as a disciple.
