A Manticore is the Method is Soul Forces, Flesh Recomposition, a rare and powerful magical artifact or entity that serves as the source of magical energy in your fantasy world. It is often found deep within the earth, hidden in ancient dungeons, or even possessed by mythical creatures. The Soul Forces emit a continuous flow of magical energy that can be harnessed and channelled by skilled individuals to perform various magical feats.

Enchanted Objects Craftsmen and artisans create enchanted objects, such as wands, staffs, or crystals, which are infused with fragments of the Manticore's energy. These objects serve as conduits for the Manticore's power. Spell casters can use them to amplify their magic or perform specific types of spells.
Drawbacks: Enchanted objects can be lost, stolen, or damaged, which limits a spell caster's abilities until they can acquire a replacement.

Flesh Recomposition is a magical art that involves altering one's physical and mental state by connecting the mind to a metaphysical "Zone" or realm of pure energy and consciousness.
When using Flesh Recomposition, a mage or magical knight taps into the Zone, allowing them to reshape and enhance their physical form temporarily.
The connection to Soul Forces is critical in this process, as it serves as the conduit to access the Zone's power. Soul Forces act as a catalyst for Flesh Recomposition.
Different classes, such as mages and magical knights, might have varying approaches to utilizing Flesh Recomposition, with mages focusing more on mental and magical enhancements, while magical knights might emphasize physical strength and combat abilities.
Meditating in the world or within a particular magical environment can facilitate a deeper connection to the Zone, making Flesh Recomposition more potent.

Soul Forces are the fundamental essence of magic in your world, somewhat analogous to the concept of mana in other fantasy settings.
To use and master Soul Forces, practitioners must learn to tap into and channel this energy. It's the life force that permeates all living things and the source of magic.
There are five stages of Soul Forces, each representing a different level of mastery and power:
Stage 1: Seedling, Blossom, Breeze, Zenith, Ascendant
Stage 2: Trailblazer, Enigma, Nexus, Zenith, II Ascendant
Stage 3: Sapling, Whisper, Apex, Zenith, III Ascendant

Stage 5: Prospector, Echelon, Equinox, Zenith, X Ascendant
Advancement through these stages involves honing one's control over Soul Forces, understanding their unique properties, and expanding their capabilities.

For Magical Knight
In your unique world, "Sword Art" diverges from traditional notions. Instead of being a martial skill, it's an arcane discipline where practitioners infuse swords with sentient, elemental spirits. These enchanted swords become extensions of their wielder's will, able to communicate telepathically, adapt to combat scenarios, and even cast spells through their blades. Sword Artistry focuses on the symbiotic bond between wielder and sword, allowing for incredible versatility in both combat and magic.
Each enchanted sword contains a "Core," a crystalline or ethereal essence that embodies the sword's elemental spirit. The Core serves as the sword's source of power, influencing its abilities and characteristics. Wielders can strengthen their swords by nurturing their bond with the Core through meditation, attunement rituals, and personal growth. The Core's brilliance and vibrancy reflect the sword's potential and the depth of the connection between the wielder and the elemental spirit within.
After Closing the Book, I propped myself up on my butt, "This damn, Curse Motor Function, Baby infant.", Over Scanning through the information, I read.
Because of Uncanny similarities between Gen 3 or 4 center in my old world pasts. And the Soul Forces in this world, I found it hard to believe that mana manipulation could not begin until double tons. On Earth, children could meditate and sense the Gen 3 and 4 connections scattering inside their bodies. Once Gen migrated to a single place, the Gen Center would form. But because the world I came from was so full of energy, it was not a problem.
There are 5 stages of Soul Forces. Before they form the perfect bond the Magical Knight must overcome many obstacles.
For Mage
Mages manipulate Soul Forces to conjure magical effects and abilities, including spell casting, enchantment, and summoning action.
Testing my hypothesis, I began meditating, trying to sense the Soul Forces—
Despite what seemed to be a considerable difference between my body's condition compared to before, a familiar feeling came over me as I focused on my breath. Even to remember it, accessing Soul Forces and then connecting to the zone was more or less a seamless process.
I felt the energy that pulsed through the air. Then, like the veins in a leaf, I sensed a river of energy flowing under my skin, just beneath the surface of my aura. Within a couple of minutes, it happened: I could feel the pulsing force that moved through the world all around me. It was an energizing sensation, and I felt as though my entire being been filled with vigorous vitality and life itself.
For a time after this, I had just meditated on the experience, but I could not sense any connections beyond the initial discovery of what this felt like or whether this was truly the mystical source of the power.
As I sensed the energy accumulated, I tried directing it to flow down to my hands but found it too difficult to control.
For now, the Soul Forces resided dormant within me;
Then— "There you are, Hiro. Do you got taking Poopy?" suddenly appearing as a voice entered my ears. My eyes jolted open, and I found my mother staring at me while squatting at the room's door frame.
She continued speaking. "Hiro, I didn't know that you were that intelligent baby," my mom said with a loving smile.
A smile she would get angry; Mother, please wait for me, as my journey will grow stronger than before my previous life.
Waiting Patiently. I eventually caught the baby food my mom made and gave it to me. I began slurping down the meal slowly, enjoying its flavour. Once again, I'd failed to gain much additional information about the world and my potential self.
