A few minutes later...
Even after he pulled his head back from hers, her hands were still stroking his hair more tenderly as two of their soft, glittering gazes appeased each other for a minute.
She then shook him off and slightly pushed him away before getting dressed up.
His corner lips curled into a shy smile, and Irish moved away, his index finger scratching his side forehead like his gratifying feeling was supposed to stow away from her.
While she got changed, the pupils went to the corner as she got some ideas to stay away from Dae-Hyeon.
"Dae-Hyeona," she was informal with him and plucked Dae-Hyeon's attention effortlessly.
With love-filled, glamorous eyes, he looked at her.
"If I stay with you every night as per the forgery contract and also I'm working day here under you to compensate the money that I owe, doesn't that mean I have no privacy? This is more like the thing called marriage. So..."
His beaming glance squinted slightly as she trailed off the last word of what she wanted.
"So terminate the contract about my compensation if you want me to stay with you at night." She demanded, and her corner eyes scattered drops of sparkling spots as she predicted she could be free from him, at least under the sun.
Sun-Hwa wanted to live a peaceful life where Dae-Hyeon would be absent. Cause, Every moment her eyes got a glimpse of him, they conjured up her dead child, which made out her desire for him.
About night?
She thought she could make it through the night since the sleeping time would condense the night. To put it simply, she was going to spend only half the day.
Poor Dae-Hyeon, who had no idea about her wily, nodded instantly.
"Then, isn't today our contract's first day?" She questioned.
"Yes," he nodded, not in a rush but as if conflict had taken over his mind.
With a relaxed sigh, she jumped down from the table. "Bye then," she waved her hand and walked off from him.
As he realised she was going to leave the company, he excused himself, "One sec!"
She looked at him, unperturbed.
"Stay here for today," he flattered shamelessly, and she was disgusted.
"According to Rule No. 1, you should obey whatever the ex-husband asked for." He informed her of the rules to keep her there.
Letting out a deep snort, she punched her butt on the sofa with her left crossed leg, which consigned her to great displeasure.
Dae-Hyeom went back to his seat and started doing his work.
Suddenly, Sun-Hwa stood up and straightened Dae-Hyeon's head.
"I want to bag my things," she proclaimed, keeping it informal with him as she is not going to be his PA anymore.
As he took a minute to respond, she left impatiently, leaving him disconcerted with her impolite behaviour.
Even when he was her husband, she never treated him like trash. Right now, she deliberately busted him in an impolite manner.
Sun-Hwa wanted to kick him out of her life. She was doing everything possible to irritate him so that he would leave her alone one day.
_____
A few minutes later, she came back and enrolled her presence without permission as she threw her handbag on the sofa effrontery while Dae-Hyeon's inquisitive gaze was engaged in his laptop display.
She then sat on the sofa that had adhered to the goggle wall, picked up her phone, and started to apply for internship work at the selected company.
As her rare and untold wish, her work as PA to Dae-Hyeon met its deadline before it even started. So she decided to live by herself in the daytime; she didn't want to rely on anyone.
For Dae-Hyeon, Night accessioned the city rabidly when it was unduly lengthy for bored Sun-Hwa.
"Can we go now?" Sun-Hwa outstared, and soon she winnowed in solicitousness just as she glimpsed him stretch his stiff neck gently as if he had gone through so much today.
"Yes," came a tired, mixed voice.
She slid the milk bottle inside her handbag that she had filled in the noon and then made her way out.
As soon as he set foot inside the mansion, he led his way to the kitchen and scrolled his sleeves up to his arms, which exploded his worked-out, sexy arms.
"Go wash yourself; I'll make dinner soon." He said, washing his hands in the washbasin. Sun-Hwa narrowed her eyes.
"Am I not the one who is supposed to do that?" She raised a brow ambiguously.
"No, until two weeks from now, this is all my job." He sounded like a liability, collecting some fresh vegetables from the fridge.
"What's in those two weeks?" She was bewildered.
"Rule No. 4: Whatever the ex-husband does, the ex-wife should accept; questions are banned."
As he evoked the rules, she abruptly headed towards the upstairs room.
"Dae-Hyeonnna!!! Where is my bed?" A loud snap came from upstairs; Dae-Hyeon's hand paused chopping the vegetables, and his eyeball strike halted.
She was standing upstairs directly above him when she peeked down and shouted, "Where are my bed and belongings?"
"I-I shifted your belongings to my room and sold out the bed since we are going to stay together at night." He barely built up the boldness to report this. She curled her lips into a snarl.
He then continued chopping vegetables as if nothing had happened.
